The bed was very easy to put together by myself. 6'1 adult male. The finish was evenly applied. The bed is very sturdy. The only negative is one scar, caused by shipping, on the bed. Thankfully it was on the side facing the wall. Pointers include: Use gloves when handling the slats. They are covered with some nasty black coating. You may want to get more wood screws for the slats however it is not necessary because they are connected via ribbon tape. The center support beam feet are easily stripped out if not careful during installation. If using a memory foam mattress with the bed you will have to use plywood because the slats are not sufficiently supportive.

Bed frame came with 1/2 of the screws needed for the slats. Tells you to put screws in every other slat, not very sturdy, had to get extra screws. About 20 minutes to put together. Cheap bed, get what you pay for. Looks cool in a teen boys room. Can fit storage boxes underneath! Overall an OK buy for the money.

It was fairly easy to put together, but it seems flimsy and weak.We have had it for about 2 weeks and my husband sat on the bottom of the bed last night, not even that hard. The bottom slat broke! He only weighs 175 lbs. Sooo we will see. its pretty enough, and like I said, good for the price.

This is a great low cost bed. No headboard brings an opportunity to do something fun on the wall in place of a heavy headboard. Wood frame was nicely finished in a very rich Brazilan Cherry type color. I would recommend. The only problem I had was that this item is shipped in 3 boxes. Overstock lost the box containing the slats in their warehouse. They did remedy the situation - but it was weeks before I could assemble the bed. Nice when it all came together though. Be aware of the 3 box shipment.

This is a good product for the price. There were a couple of mis drilled holes but did not affect stability and strength of the unit.

I ordered this for my granddaughter so my son put it together and he said it was tough, despite his engineering abililties, which are ample! We were fitting it into a small space so were happy it was actually an inch or so less wide than the product description stated. For once, less was better! I bought this for a very small bedroom to use with a memory foam mattress. It is perfect and the low profile makes less obtrusive in a small space. It is solid wood not cheap MDF. My only wish is that it had casters instead of solid center leg supports. Moving it to make the bed knocks the supports out at an angle.

Bought two for teen kids and they had no complaints. Easy to assemble.

Overall, we like the bed. There is just one problem. One of the slats had a big knot in the wood, and when my average-sized husband knelt in that spot, it broke. We can fix it, and the slats are close enough that no one would fall through, but that quality problem is disappointing.

The color and size was great i realy like the bed they could do better when packing the rail for shippin as they were damaged so they sent a 2nd set of rails they were damaged more than the first set so today i am wait for the UPS truck to drop of the 3rd set of rails and hope they are not damager.

Great bed. Easy to put together but didn't come with any instructions?

The bed is great looking, seems very sturdy, and was fairly easy to assemble. Some people mentioned in their reviews that it didn't come with enough screws but I did not have that problem. My only complaints are that the instructions were a little confusing (one of the parts may have been mislabeled) and there was a dent in the wood on one side. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. But otherwise I am very happy with the bed.

The bed is great for my daughter. I gave it 4 stars b/c it arrived with a few dents and scratches, apparently from shipping because it was not wrapped well. We are not returning it b/c it is too much trouble. Overall, very nice, sturdy and most importantly, my daughter loves it.

It's an okay bed, the only thing I would recommend is to make ur own support legs down center because the ones that came with bed come off easily. Also stronger screws to hold support legs.

So far I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The wood has a great finish and upon opening the package, no chips or scratches were present. The bed was very easy to assemble. It took me about 30 min to get it done by myself. All said and done it looks great in my bedroom and I am now sleeping very comfortably!
