delivery service was incredibly poor. the delivery driver refused to bring the sofa into the house and would have left it in the driveway if not for the fact that we insisted he at least place it in the garage. the sofa itself is as hard as a rock, not plush in any way. the feet were cheap plastic and cheesy looking, the bonded leather was poorly crafted and had a strong chemical smell. i would not recommend this sofa to anyone.

I am happy to write this review. I was in need of a new sofa and a friend told me to check overstock. I was very impressed with the selections but, when I saw the low price, and then the shipping cost I was a non believer. I assumed somewhere along the way my shipping costs would explode. I live on an island and everything that comes to us has to arrive on freight boats which are very expensive, sometimes over $100.00 if the item is large. I saved a ton of money on this sofa and its beautiful!Very easy to put the legs on, did it in no time.

I got the sofa in about 2-3 weeks even with Snowmageddon happening! It is really nice; I love the color, comfort, etc. I think I did not read the delivery policy well though. I did not realize it would be delivered by one person on a big truck. But, he was nice enough to help me move it into the doorway of my apartment building and not leave it in the street. Then I hired two guys to help me take it to the 3rd floor so I did not have to pay $200+ for the white glove delivery.

___(1)___ I love this sofa. I received it two days ago and I am sitting on it right now with great joy. The leather is glossy and soft, yet firm and clearly durable; the color is a rich, dark chocolate with a low sheen; and the sofa looks in real life exactly as it does in the picture online. ___(2)___ I would have given the workmanship five stars, if not for the legs the sofa arrived with. They are plastic and cheap-looking, so I did not attach them to the sofa. Fortunately, there is no need for them because the sofa is high enough, its base is covered and I have no concern that sitting flat on the floor will damage it. ___(3)___ My only concern is that sitting on it right now hurts my neck. The support for one's back is not that great, but I hope that will with time as the sofa becomes less stiff. I am fine with the discomfort, because I am more concerned about aesthetics than about being a couch potato anyway and I can always grab a pillow to sooth my screaming neck muscles. However, those of you who watch a lot of TV or already have back issues should take seriously the neck pain that sitting on this sofa will probably cause you. Overall, this is a great purchase and I am very happy.

Good looking sofa! Don't expect it will last years though. Not TOP quality, but nice. Delivery man was great, but did not get it into the house, partly my fault though. He didn't call ahead and I wasn't prepared.

I've had the couch for over 2 years now and I still love it. It still looks brand new and hasn't ripped or been worn down in any area. It gets more and more comfy as you sit in it. I pretty much sit in the same spot when I'm on it, but you wouldn't be able to tell. It holds up very nicely. I was nervous to order this large of an item online, but after two years of sitting on it, I am very happy with my purchase. It's very easy to clean and move around my living room if I need to. The ONLY thing that someone might not like is the legs - they are plastic. They are very short and also dark brown so you really can't see them, but that might be a factor for someone. They screw into the bottom like a normal leg. We didn't have any trouble getting it inside my front door and up a flight of stairs. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase - I'll have this couch for a very long time.

The couch is awesome. It is comfortable, but you have to break it in first. I had some MAJOR issues with the shipping, but it wasn't overstock's fault. Overstock did everything in their power to be flexible with me. Great great great!

The couch is a lovely chocolate brown, looks more expensive than what I paid for it, it seems to be sturdy and made well. The couch is smaller than the average couch, it took almost a month to get here, the truck driver wanted to leave the couch in the driveway until my husband came home and could help me get it in. I read the rules on delivery and told him he must get it to the first floor of my house. Didn't like having to deal with him, dealing with a local furniture company would have been a lot easier. Gave 3 stars because the couch is nice, The frieght truck driver made it a difficult process that I will avoid from now on.

Was very nervous about ordering this product online as I didn't get to see it before purchasing. This is a great buy for a starter item in a home. The quality and shipping was great, and you cannot beat the price. I thought it would be cheap looking, but instead was just as nice as the pieces that I viewed in the big box stores. Would recommend to my friends.

Got my couch today and it is absolutely a great value for the money, it was delivered in my gated community un-packed and put in my living room. The cushions have velcro to keep them on so you will never have to worry about them coming off while laying or sitting on this couch. It is so beautiful and you cannot beat having it delivered at virtually no cost. Its so excellent I think I will order the matching love seat! A++++++ service A++++++ quality! and it also is the prettiest leather couch and it looks very durable.

I've never purchased such a large item from Overstock before, but with previous excellent customer service on many other items, I went for it. I was initially told it could take up to 5 weeks for delivery (which wasn't a problem) it ended up in my living room before a week had passed (also not a problem - thankfully!).
