I purchased this for my daughter who was tired of her childhood twin bed. She has not had one complaint since it was delivered and installed. It's not a foam mattress, but springs. I thought it might have been too "soft" for her but she loves it. She had back and shoulder problems, but this mattress has taken away alot of her symptoms and she gets a good night's sleep. The delivery company showed up on schedule, delivered it, set it up and took away the wrappings. No complaints here!
