Two thumbs up for this mattress ! Very good ! very firm ! It took 20 days to get here from order. Using 10% off discount from overstock saved a lot, a king size mattress with boxers is no more than ***$, it is so hard to find such a mattress and it is name- brand in any store. I hope overstock can fix the link about the shipping status of the products, so the buyers can check the products they shopped easier,Read More
Ok, so this mattress is super firm. So firm in fact that my lower back is sore from sleeping on it. But don't let that deter you from purchasing this product. I have back problems and so having pain in my back is the norm for me. Also, it is my understanding that it can take up to 90 days for one's body to adjust to sleeping on a new mattress and it is expected that soreness may arise. I spent quite a bit of time researching mattresses as I was in the market to upgrade the size of my mattress from a queen to a king. The average price of mattresses I was looking at was ***** to *******. I did not have that kind of money to spend on a mattress and box spring. I had just purchased a new house, still need living room furniture, had to spend money on auto maintenance and my dog was recently treated for a rattlesnake bite to the leg. The money I do have set aside to cover said expenses had to be divvied up accordingly and wisely. Though this mattress is super firm, I am happy that when my partner moves around in bed or when my toddler jumps up and down in bed, I hardly feel a thing. The box spring and mattress together with an applied coupon cost me less than **** delivered. Not a bad price at all in my book and it comes with a 10 year warranty. So, what do I do about the firmness? Well, with the **** off coupon I recently received, I purchased a gel-infused, memory foam topper to counter balance the firmness. What is so particularly great about this mattress is that it isn't overly thick and so adding a 3" topper is not at all a problem when it comes to finding and purchasing sheets to fit the mattress. Overall, the mattress, box spring, mattress protector, gel topper, and two sets of sheets have cost me less than *******. And what's better is I haven't spent a dime on delivery fees or taxes.Read More

Just received this yesterday, excellent mattress. Had to finally get rid of our 2 year old memory foam mattress from overstock. So happy to have this. In one night I woke up without any shoulder and neck pain! Super firm and terrific price.Read More
This is a nice mattress. Be aware that if you have a bed, it will be tall considering the base and the mattress itself. It would be lower with a base. We still love it. It is firm, but comfortable.Read More

Best Reasons to Buy Firm Baby Crib Mattresses
When you're shopping for baby crib mattresses, safety should always come first. A soft mattress may make sleeping more comfortable for you, but the same could be hazardous, even deadly, for your infant. Baby crib mattresses should be firm -- as firm as possible -- to keep your little one safe during the night or daytime naps. You may be tempted towards the soft baby crib mattresses for your child, thinking that he'll be more comfortable. Babies, however, don't need the same joint support as adults, but they do need baby crib mattresses that reduce the risk of harm from their baby furniture while they sleep. There are many reasons to buy a firm baby mattress, and the following tips can help you determine what to look for.
Best Reasons to Have a California King Bed
Similar in size to a standard king bed, a California king bed is four inches longer, allowing a lot of extra room top to bottom. A California king bed measures 72 inches wide and 84 inches long, and a standard king mattress measures 76 inches wide and 80 inches long, so while a California king mattress is four inches longer, it is also about four inches thinner than a standard king bed. Making a decision between the two might be difficult. Ultimately, both are great options, but there are a few conditions that might make a California king size bed the clear choice. Before you pick which king mattress is right for you, here are a few of the best reasons to choose a California king bed.

Best Mattresses for Every Sleeping Position
A mattress is one of the most important purchases you can make because you spend hours each day sleeping and rejuvenating for the next day. While shopping for a new mattress, keep in mind the typical sleeping positions you have to ensure you will find the right mattress to help with bone or joint alignment. Below, you'll learn the best mattresses for every sleeping position. Sleeping on your back: If you primarily sleep on your back, you need to find a mattress with support to prevent pain in the lower back. Sleeping on a mattress that does not have enough support causes muscle strain in the back and increases the chance you will assume a poor posture during sleep, leaving you achy in the morning. The best mattresses for this sleeping position have at least 400 to 800 14-gauge coils. Innerspring mattresses feature firm coils to support the back yet still mold to the curvature of the spine. Mattresses with box springs are ideal for those who sleep on their backs because they stabilize weight, offering back support and increasing the life of the bedding. Sleeping on your stomach: While sleeping on your stomach is comfortable, it also increases pressure and strain on parts of the body like the neck or back. Soft mattresses are the best for those who sleep on their stomachs. Look for mattresses that have 300 to 400 14-gauge coils, which will ensure the mattress is soft and comfortable. If you must use a pillow, look into buying a memory foam style, which molds to the head and neck to stabilize them during sleep. Sleeping on your side: Side sleeping is one of the most common positions on a mattress, and it may also be one of the hardest positions to shop for. Since you lay on your side, there is pressure on the shoulders and hips, which could make a firm mattress uncomfortable for sleeping. A mattress that is too soft is often not supportive enough to keep the spine in proper alignment. The ideal mattress for this position is one that has supportive coils, with a memory foam topper to provide comfort to the joints of the body. Best Pillow-top Mattresses for Back Pain
The key to a good night's sleep when you have chronic back pain is as simple as choosing a good pillow-top mattress. Choosing the best mattress involves knowledge of your personal needs and preferences. To get a comfortable night's sleep, start by choosing a pillow-top mattress made from the right materials for you. Next, choose your preferred thickness. Finally, have firm sleep support underneath the cushions of the pillow-top. Below, you'll learn the best pillow-top mattresses for back pain. Choose the materials: Pillow-top mattresses are made from a variety of materials, so choosing the one that is right for you can make all the difference in the world. People with muscle pain should consider down pillow-top mattresses, which provide a cocoon to sleep in. Those with back issues will generally prefer memory foam pillow-top mattresses, which conform to the body and offer consistent support to areas like the lower back. However, it is important to check the manufacturer's information regarding the recommended weight allowances for these types of pillow-tops. Consumers who are heavier than the recommendations may find that the pillow-top cushion compresses in uncomfortable ways, leaving the mattress lumpy. Determine the thickness: Pillow-top mattresses come in a variety of thicknesses, from just 2 inches to 8 or more inches deep. Like choosing the right materials for your pillow-top, choosing the right depth is vital to getting a good night's sleep. Thinner pillow-top mattresses will allow more of the support from the remainder of the mattress to come through and will not develop body indentations as pronounced as those in a deep pillow-top. Pillow-top mattresses that are too soft may fail to provide back support and cause an increase in back pain. However, deep pillow-top mattresses are excellent for customers who suffer from fibromyalgia or other chronic pain. Check the warranty: Just as you would with any other purchases of its size, check the warranty of your pillow-top mattress. Most manufacturers will provide limited, pro-rated replacement warranties for manufacturer's defects, and some will provide a "comfort guarantee." Others may have specific conditions that must be met in order to maintain the warranty, such as having a boxed spring by the same manufacturer. Take note of any special conditions for the warranty and keep the paperwork. View All Mattresses Back to Guides Directory View All Mattresses
