Silver Traditional Decorative Round Framed Mirror

I had looked at this mirror on other sites but got the best deal from O, so I ordered 2. The quality and the color are both disappointing. My chief objection is the finish/coloring. If only it looked as it does on the sites, I would be thrilled. On the site it looks like it is burnished silver. To me that is a silver base coat with blackish glaze type stuff rubbed into the crevices to look like aged/antiqued silver. Not so! It has a silver base coat but the contrasting coat is kinda a yellow gold. Needless to say it does not highlight the intricate details, in fact it makes the mirror look cheap! Also, It is the weirdest resin I have ever seen. On the back there are holes where clearly a hanger had been set and then removed. The hangers that were present were in different places on the 2 mirrors. I had to re-install them. Not a deal breaker just annoying. I will keep them as otherwise they fit the space well and my overzealous friend ripped up the boxes for recycling before I could stop him. I plan on attempting to apply a glaze to give me the same effect that is shown in the picture. On another note, the mirror is not tinted as it looks on the sites. Just a regular mirror. Not an issue with me as I could go with it either tinted or not but I thought others may want to know. On the bright side, it was packaged well and arrived promptly. Thanks O!
