When I removed the item from the box the top fronds were broken. I can see paying return shipping on something I changed my mind about, but am disappointed I had to pay return shipping on a defective item. will not purchase items from your store again!

I am not a silk plant type but my church was in need of some dressing up and so I purchased 2 of these for the stage - and they are truly lovely. After fluffing them a bit they arch gracefully, look very life like and the holders are neutral enough to fit with any decor.

Plant was not what I had expected. Looks like something you would buy from Walmart.

For the money, this is a nice item but it doesn't look anywhere as good as the picture. I have spent a long time trying to arrange the leaves so it does look like it does in the picture, but it isn't going to happen. It doesn't help that mine is broken as it is very difficult to get the fern to stand up straight. Something must have broken and come loose in the base during transit. It still looks good and, even broken, is a good price for what you would pay for a similar item in the stores. Had mine not been broken, I would give it 4 stars.
