These pilllows are a delight. I have never made a purchase like this online. Even my husband had doubts. When the pillows arrived, after unpacking, they fluffed right up, (which also is nice for travelling with them, they compact nicely and rebound well- when I travel I like to take along my own pillow!)
I was worried after reading some of the other ratings, particularly dispelled by the reports of the smell, however my pillows, when they arrived, were sleep ready. No odors, no nothing, They are firm, and you do not need to "bunch them up" I would recomend these pillows to anyone who sleeps on their back or side.
Even though the pillow inflates after opening, it does not become as fluffy as I had really hoped. The fabric does not feel as soft as 1300 thread count should be either.
I bought a pair of these pillows for my husband and me, and we both find they are definitely superior in comfort to previous purchases from a high-end manufacturer at greater cost. They are beautifully constructed, very plump, and ideally matched in size so the bed had an appealing appearance when made up each morning. They haven't flattened during the night, are exquisitely soft, yet provide a level of head support that we find ideal, whether we sleep on our tummies, sides or backs. Unlike some down pillows, they have no trace of unpleasant odor, and smell fresh and clean. I am very glad I made this purchase.
