  I gave it to my son, who makes delicious pizza on it (supported by a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan that he preheats in the oven while he rolls out the pizza on the silicone mat atop the kitchen counter.). I did not see him place the mat with the pizza onto the preheated baking pan, so I don't know exactly how that works, but my dear son says it's easy.

  I love these mats and bought them as a gift. High quality, easy care and mine still look great after two years. Highly recommend. So why the rating? It's the service. It took Overstock three days to process my order and I received my order just short of two weeks later. While the price can't be beat, I would rather pay more for faster processing and shipping. Huge fan of the mats not so much of Overstock.

  This is a great size for a candy I am going to make. The key word is "going" to make. Have not used this yet, but it is a good product.
