Should be great, but not for me.
Don't trust the numbers folks! I can't use this pan because I need it to be 3" L x 2" W. (as specified) The true bottom dimensions are closer to 2-5/8" L x 1-5/8" W by maybe just barely 1" High. The corners have a fillet radius of about 3/8". There is a taper outward towards the top but it never makes 3" x 2". I had a technical application for this pan that required the #s to be > or = to those given.

Simple to use simply wash as directed and follow baking directions. The molds are perfect shape.

These are awesome!
These fit perfectly in my pans. They work great fin the freezer too for individually freezing strawberries that don't stick to the pan. I'm only disappointed that I didn't buy them a long time ago!

Just What I Needed
This was exactly what I wanted. The cakes were far easier to pop out than I imagine it must be in a metal pan. I am ordering a second pan because my husband would like a "triple batch" next time and it will take a long time with one pan. I placed the pan on a sheet pan to stabilize it. The madeleines were delicious. The wells are the perfect size for a regular madeleine.
