    We are Very pleased with these chairs! The other reviews and the price on Overstock convinced me that it was finally time to replace my six old chairs at the same time. These chairs look great, are Very comfortable, and they're sturdy. I'm short, and my boyfriend is 6'2". Both of us are happy with these chairs.   • EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND STURDY

    These chairs are wonderful. The cushion is thick and comfortable. The seat is deep and really allows you to sit back and relax. I am short (5'1) so I purchased some pillows so that my feet would not dangle if I sat all the way back. The assembly takes about 20-30 minutes just using the allen wrench included, but much faster with a drill or even screwdriver. Great price for a set of two and the chair looks even better than picture.

    I haven't been so satisfied with a product in a while. I'd looked for a long time for cheap dining table chairs, and was about to pay more for non-padded cheapo under-sized chairs on Amazon when I spotted these. I bought three sets (six chairs), and had no assembly problems with any of them. Every screw lined up, no missing parts, no damage or dings or scuffs. They take maybe ten minutes each to assemble, once you get the technique down. Once assembled, they're just beautiful. The wood color is lustrous and even, and all the chairs matched each other perfectly. The seats are comfortable, and the curve in the back is extremely comfortable as well. They are full size, solid, and feel heavy-duty. I expect them to hold up well. I get compliments on them all the time. Seriously, these are worth way more than their cost. It's a great bargain.

  • Is the seat cushion on top of a solid piece of wood or is it a foam/spring design? Have had problems before with Parsons style chair cushions breaking from the foam falling apart or the springs wearing out.

  • I too am wondering about the seat dimensions. Even measuring from the back of the chair to the front of the seat 23 inches seems huge, trying to determine if 6 of them will fit underneath my breakfast table.
