Signature Biscotti Textured Silk 96-inch Curtain Panel

I returned these drapes although they were elegant and gorgeous. They were not striped as they appeared to me in the online photo. I saved the USPS tracking code as I did insure the package. Now I'm observing how well Overstock's customer service works for 'Returns' r. I've been working with over a dozen vendors on a house redo. It all comes down to how I'm treated as a customer, even if I must return merchandise. So far, have not heard ANYTHING since returning the drapes. What happens next will determine if I rave to my guests and friends about Overstock dot com and recommend or tell my guests and friends the unfortunate story of ignored 'Returns' to Overstock dot com.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? In the online photo, they look like a gold and cream stripe. They are solid gold.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality was exquisite.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? It wasn't specific enough for me to know they were not striped.

The curtains arrive to my home only two days after I ordered it, the are elegant and beautiful

I was really sorry the color did not work for me because these curtains were definitely high quality and would have completed my living room beautifully. I don't know who came up with biscotti as its color but that is off. Had they been a color that would work, I would have definitely kept them and at the price, I felt I was getting something very special. That said, after contacting Overstock that I would be returning the two panels and after labeling return as directed, the credit originally received was for only one panel. Good thing I checked my credit card right away. The additional credit posted after I brought this error to the vendor's attention.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? With the picture and color called biscotti, I expected a light tan color. The curtains are a beautiful, tasteful gold that did not work for me.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. They were a gorgeous silk that appeared well made but when I saw the color, I did not inspect fully.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Should be listed as gold, which I mentioned to Customer Service but everything else OK.

Although I have yet to hang the curtains, they are exteeemly rich looking and well made. I am sure i will love them once hung as i have recieved many compliments on them already and they aren't enven hung! I will speak to the truness of the clor and the quality lining and the lusterious sheen as only silk can give. All in all, I belive you will be very pleased with this selection as i have a friend who paid thousands for the same curtains!
