Each panel is 50" wide?
I ordered these curtains to replace ******* silk curtains I ordered from another well known company almost 10 years ago. There is nothing wrong with the old ones I had just painted my dining room a new color and the color no longer than matched. I loved everything about these curtains except the fact that throughout both panels there were areas where the threads were pulling apart. My previous ******* silk curtains did not have that. I would have kept them have it not been for that....

Just as I expected, the curtains are well made. and hang well. They provide privacy and allow light into my dining room.Read More
I read the reviews and ordered two panels for my bedroom. The color is more yellow/gold than beige. I wanted a gold tone so it was perfect. The curtains are lined and weighted. They are spectacular and well worth the money.Read More
Excellent product. It matched the furniture in a way that complimented the room. Wrinkled but pressed up nicely.Read More
I ordered two panels. Overall the quality is very nice. I would have rated them "excellent" however, I need to exchange one due to dark area on the interlining which shows through when curtains are closed. Looks like a manufacturing error. The color is more of a golden beige...darker than the picture on my screen but still acceptable.Read More
GORGEOUS! Beautiful champagne color. Unlike another reviewer's comments, these are NOT from that famous "hardware" store (their drapes are much lighter weight despite the high cost), but are from an on-line custom drapery company. I have ordered from them directly so I recognize the packaging and superior quality. These are identical at a fraction of the price! I suppose they needed to reduce inventory, but these are not typical retail drapes - they are perfectly made, the fabric is gorgeous and the lining is heavy duty with weighted corners. Use "Signature curtains" in the overstock search to find other similar drapes of the same quality. If any of these Signature drapes fit your windows, don't hesitate - get them while you can!Read More
Beautiful pale buttery shade, beautifully constructed with heavy lining and flannel interlining, can be hung by pole pocket or with hooks on rings. My second purchase of these signature drapes and plan to buy more in another color for another room.Read More
WOW- I cannot say enough how beautiful these drapes are. I know the price seems high, but trust me, if you're on the fence, make the splurge and you won't be sorry! I've been looking for over 8 months for silk dupioni draperies that wouldn't kill my budget since I needed 6 panels, and these have exceeded my expectations. I almost purchased the ***** drapes for close to double the price, and if you've seen them, you know that they are not nearly as fully lined as these ones are. These are lined AND interlined which not only helps with energy efficiency, but also preserves the life and beauty of the silk over time. As other reviewers have noted, they are heavy, so be sure you anchor your rod. The silk is of high quality, as you can tell by the slubs in the panels- (note to some- they are not snags, and if you're familiar with dupioni, you know this is part of its natural beauty). The color is pretty true to the photo. It does have a hint of gold undertones, but overall, an accurate beige with gorgeous texture and just the right amount of shine/shimmer without being gaudy looking. Excellent buy again from Overstock- thank you for offering quality and affordability!!Read More
I have "cammomile" walls with lots of early american stained wood, so I knew exactly what I wanted and knew I couldn't do the other colors to make this wall dramatic and to try to have the curtains blend with the walls. I have an uneven ceiling, so I did a mini puddle with the 96" curtain and am so pleased. I am thinking of getting these for my sitting room they are so stunning.Read More
I just finished hanging these panels yesterday, and they are just as nice as the other reviews have described. Be aware that they will have a light gold cast - could be the silk, or it could be the cream-colored backing or felt inside giving them a slight coloring. The construction of the panels is really quality - they have wide hems and rod pockets, taping at the top to allow for hooks, felt interlining and weights in the bottom hem. I have sewn my own draperies before, and I could not have made these panels for the price. I purchased four panels for a bay window and hung them with sheers also purchased on this site. Rather than buying a specially made bay window rod, I purchased three inexpensive rods ($12 each) at a discount retailer and removed the finials except on the outermost rod ends. By threading vinyl tubing inside the rods where they met at the bay corners and securing the joints with duct tape, I made my own very inexpensively.Read More

How to Hang a Valance and Curtains
Hanging a valance and curtains over your window will add dimension, texture and style to any room. Window curtains with a valance give your window treatments a finished, designer look. If you want to block out light, a valance and full-length blackout panel curtain is your best choice. If you are more interested in decoration and only need to block minimal light, then a valance over sheer curtains is a good choice. It's important to measure the window and decide what type of curtains you want before you buy the curtain hardware. A cafe rod will be sufficient to support a sheer curtain, but you will need a stronger curtain rod to support heavier fabrics such as blackout panels. Also, the larger the window, the sturdier the curtain rod will need to be.
How to Drape a Scarf Valance
The flowing beauty of a scarf valance adds character to home window treatments. With many ways to drape a scarf valance, it is simple to change the look in each room of the home. Whether the scarf valance is positioned over panels of drapery, sheer curtains or blinds, it adds color and texture to the room. Discover a few basic instructions that will yield a swag-style scarf valance using swag hooks. The instructions may be modified to create a variety of creative valances.
How to Adjust Tension Rods
Curtains are a great way to accent the decor in every room in the house. Tension rods, also called spring rods, are curtain hardware which allow you to hang window curtains, wall curtains or shower curtains without installing curtain rod hardware on the walls. If an existing tension rod slips or if you want to change the curtain panels or add curtain rings, you may need to remove and adjust the rod before putting it back in place. Tension rods are positioned between two facing surfaces, such as the interior frame of a window or the opposing sides of a shower cubicle.
How to Install Blackout Curtains
Blackout curtains can keep a room cool and dark even when it's bright and sunny outside. A completely dark room is a wonderful thing if you have a job that requires you to work all night or even if you just want a dark room for watching a movie when it's light outside. In addition, blackout window treatments help you conserve energy by keeping heat in and cold out or vice versa. You have two choices when it comes to installing blackout curtains: You can buy curtains that come with blackout liners already sewn in, or you can add panels of blackout fabric to the curtains you already own.
