  Great replacement for old tile corner shower. Easy to install, total time form start to finished was about 5 hours. Installation documents were straight forward. Shipping was fast and all items sit in the crate nice and secure.

  I needed a 3 handle faucet set and the guts (the valves and inner workings). I hated the like 2 options at the big box stores. I also didn't want to shell out tons of money, as buying something other than builder grade plastic handle would have been at least 300. This set is the happy medium. It is nicer than the builder grade crap, but not nearly as nice as a Toto, Kohler, etc. For the price, it is right on target, and it looks soooooo much better than builder grade 3 valve faucet sets. I had it installed in my guest bath, which does not get much use, as the original faucet was ancient and leaking. If I was looking for a main bath faucet, I would save my money and buying something more durable. For example, the tips on the handles can unscrew off easily. I wouldn't want it subject them to children's rough hands. For my purposes, it looks great, performs great, and cost was great. As an added plus, my plumber thought it was better than builder grade too.

  This lever has been installed since July, 2011 and is used on a daily basis (2-3 times a day). It has 3 settings - shower head, hand-held and dual setting (both shower head and hand held). The quality of this item is very good. My only complaint about this is not with the product itself but the product description. I am not a plumber and didn't understand all the valves and parts that also had to be purchased in order for this to work. Essentially this piece is similar to a beauty ring. Sharp looking outer trappings but won't work unless the requisite valve is purchased. I didn't understand that this REQUIRED the purchase of the valve and the valve HAD to be by Kohler. As a result I ordered things i thought I needed that I didn't need and incurred return costs. That being said, if you're interested in the plumbing fixtures on this site, don't be in a hurry to order them that day if you're not plumbing savvy.   Love this shower faucet. Have a 30 year old bathroom. The local hardware stores had nothing updated to offer. Just some old fashion plastic styles. Glad I took the time to check out Over STOCK! Thirty dollars cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes!
