I got my chairs the other day and I couldn't wait to open the boxes. I ordered 8 of them. They were very lightweight, which I had read in prior reviews (not a big deal) but they were also not leather. The word bi-cast leather is not real leather. I really wish they wouldn't have use the word "leather" in the description. I would have went with a different chair. I wanted leather chairs to follow the theme throughout my house. Overall they look nice in my kitchen. I hope this review helps other people not make the same mistake I did.

I bought these chairs to use with an old table. The color is good but the chairs need to be tightened after some use. They are good for a dining room that doesn't get much use.

After paying someone to put the chairs together we found that the legs were not even. We took the chairs apart and did it over again and the same problem! All of the chairs had the same issue. I called the plant and they confirmed that there was a construction problem with some of the chairs and that others had complained. He said that the only way you can tell if that chair was going to have a problem was after it was put together only. Needles to say I was very very upset. I returned the chairs but was left with nothing during the holidays. Do not order these Chairs!

I purchased these chairs to supplement seating round the table at holidays,Meo they do not get much use. That's good, because they aren't the most sturdy chair I've ever seen. You wouldn't want these as your everyday kitchen table chairs, especially with kids. Also, I wish I had researched by cased leather before purchasing. Bycast leather is made from the last layer of thenhyde (the poorest quality) and is enhanced with coloring and textured polyurethane. So, technically, it's leather, but there are more coatings and colorings than there is natural leather. Most countries don't even allow it to be referred to as leather. That said, again, for the 2-3 times a year they are used, they are adequate and the price is right.

For the price I don't think I could have found a better chair. The look great and the seat frames are made of oak not particle as I expected due to the price. Very happy with the purchase.

After assembling a chair here is what i discovered, each chair comes with a hex wrench that takes forever to screw in each bolt. My fix for this was to take two pairs of pliers and bend the wrench straight; doing this allows you to put the new straightened into your cordless drill. Be careful to go slow, when the screws start to suck the wood together take out the extra wrench they supply and hand snug them tight the drill has to much torque and can crack the wood. (Set clutch on drill to 10 this will stop the drill before u over tighten and split the wood) it took me 25 mins for the first chair and only 5 mins a piece for the rest.

The chairs look nice - backs are very narrow so they are easily assimilated into smaller spaces. My only issue is one of them is not level - tends to rock. For the price they are a good purchase.

LOVE these chairs, so much more comfortable than the wooden ones we replaced them for. They are smooth and sheek and look great as a set. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I would recommend these chairs, with caveats. First, they are very light weight, so probably not appropriate if you have children who may rock back in them and fall over. Second, I'm not sure the chairs are really covered in leather. However, the chairs are narrow and fit under my table completely. Also, I have a four year old (who doesn't tip the chair back), so the easy clean up comes in handy when food gets dropped on them. They don't seem sturdy enough to last for years and years, but they will get us through the early childhood years, which is all we were looking for.

I assembled these 4 chairs around 50 minutes total time. It was very well packed. It was deliverd within 3 business days via fedex. I placed an order on Friday Morning and it was at my place at Tuesday Morning.I love OverStock.Com. I would like to still get two more chairs. I would purchase this again without a doubt from overstock. There services is great.

The chairs are beautiful and well packed. The only problem is that they are very light weight, and not very sturdy. I am afraid to use them with large people.

I ordered this set of 4 chairs and they arrived within the week. They were easy to put together (a couple required extra elbow grease) and they look great. I ordered them for my kitchen dinette table and they truly dress up my kitchen! Love the shipping charge also. I had never ordered furniture from Overstock before but I'm sure I will continue to do so.

Chairs arrived in about 1 week. Assembly was easy but resulted in 2 of the 4 chairs being wobbly. Eventually I figured out that the wobble could be avoided if the screws were tightened while the chairs were sitting on the floor and were weighted. The finished product is too light to hold up to rough treatment. There is no support under the seat cushion so I would be concerned if someone heavy sat in them. They look great, but I wouldn't recommend them for children or people over about 250 pounds.

I was pleased with these chairs. They are exactly what I expected. They look really nice for the price. I purchased a total of 8 chairs. The only thing is that the legs of ALL the chairs are uneven. I know that my floors might be a little uneven, but all the chairs rock a little bit so I need to get something to put underneath the legs to balance them out. Everyone that comes over and sees them loves them!

I love my chairs but beware. They are lighter than you would think and if a larger person were sit down hard, I am not sure the chair could take it.
