Looking at the photo I thought the faux fur would look predominantly silver and fur like. Instead in person it looks somewhat like a ratty animal. The silvery strands looked stringy, not unlike a hair transplant! I was disappointed with the look but kept them for the bed in my spare bedroom rather than use them in my livingroom as originally intended. That being said, the pillows are well made and soft, just not what I had expected.
