    I bought mine in July and it has been working perfect. Most of my friends are amazed when they see that it comes out so its easier to put things without spills.     • Jim, It will fit in a 24" standard cabinet box. I had mine installed 6 months ago and it does the job plus it looks better than the other options, Its easier to remove whatever you are heating but it take some time to create muscle memory from all the years of moving the object toward you and now the movement is up. Its easy to clean but do not fill things all the way to the top... the drawer movement is smooth but not that smooth.
