    • I am disabled and need a light weight cleaner for my carpets. I have animals and like to keep my carpets cleaned about every 6-8 weeks so there is no build up. Also, my sister has this model she bought her's from QVC and paid almost twice as much. She says the rotating brush for carpets is just amazing.

  • I'm confused. Is this product a vacuum cleaner and a steam cleaner? Or just a steam cleaner? Right now, we just have a hand held Dirty Devil we bought years ago for our carpeted stairs. We have hardwood floors throughout our house and just recently bought area rugs. Our basement is concrete. Would I need to buy this product and a vacuum cleaner? Thanks, Cheryl
