    Where has this been all my life? I LOVE it! I find the shampoo and floor cleaner hard to find and expensive. Although the manual states to only use the brand cleaners, I use the refill bottles as follows with immaculate, gorgeous results: I take a large bottle of Mrs. Breyers All Purpose Cleaner and dilute it to use on the rugs (1/4). It comes in scents like geranium, herba verbena, lavendar, rhubard, and my personal favorite: basil. For my bamboo wood floors, I take the Method Almond wood floor cleaner and dilute it (1/4). Smells amazing and both products are all natural/non toxic.
