What is the difference between this model and the upright steam cleaning mop for $60 less?
I received it yesterday and when I opened the carpet glider was not in the box. Have not used it yet.

Pro Steam Mop is great no more mop and bucket! You can cut down the time it takes to mop your house. Floors are sanitized with steam and floors dry very fast. I am sold on this method wit my Shark Pro Steam Mop .

As this was a gift, I was extremely dissappointed This was a Christmas gift and the product I received was not the product described on the Overstock.com website. I ordered it from this website because of the description. It was the one my daughter-in-law requested. It was a Shark Stem Mop with 2 mopheads, a rectangular and a triangular. Th package came a few days before Christmas and there was no mention on the box of a triangular mophead. I opened the box to check and there was not this attachment. I called customer service and they had me call Shark direct and agreed to pay for the attachment. Shark ended up paying for the attachment and the shipping but of course it did not arrive in time for gift giving. As our kids live 75 miles away, I ended up shipping it to them after the holidays. Overstock.com agreed that their description was inaccurate and Shark admitted that they send different products to different distributers. So buyers beware. This is the first time I have had issues with online shopping. I'm just glad I checked out the package before I gifted it. It would have been more embarrasing.
