  • Good but not what I expected

    Maybe I had unrealistic expectations. I wanted clean floors, without streaks, that felt and smelt clean. While I know they are clean and they feel clean. The smell is a bit off putting, and well the streaks...I guess I will learn to live with them. Once I got the hang of using it, I am really coming to like it. I feel confident that my infant child can crawl on the floors without the need for chemicals to clean the floors. When our young puppy doesn't quite make it outside every time, that can be a huge relief as a mom to know the floors are super clean for the kiddos. If you want something simple to use that even a 5 year old can use (yes my 5 year helps clean the house) then you will love this.

  • Works, good price for product

    We bought this after trying a friend's newer model. The newer model is $55 more expensive and has three settings, which this one does not. Hwoever, this one does come with multiple attachments and does an equally good job. It does require a little bit more effort than the newer model, but you are mopping the floor, it should take a little bit of effort. We are happy with the product/purchase.

    Unfortunately, someone cracked the handle off my old shark steamer and I couldn't do without another. It takes care of dust and smudges on my hardwood floors, gets into all the nooks and crannies on the tile in the bathroom. It handles laminate very well.

  • not satisfied

    I returned this product a week after I received it. This product did not work at all. I honestly don't think they even tested this mop before it was sent to me. I know itwas refurbished but usually it should still work. I even bought the 2 year replacement warrenty but didn't even receive the info of it. Teaches me to never buy something refurbished. You can get this same product brand new for not to much more money. Do not get this refurbished. Also it took 2 weeks to even get to. Very slow shipping. Never even got a proper iinstruction manuel. Not happy. Hopefully I get a full refund not only for the mop but also for the warrenty.
