    I looked for a long time before finally purchasing this product. I have it now for several months and it really is great. I have hardwood, tile and stone floors and this mop cleans all surfaces very nicely. it is a good dealt at the price.

    This is an inexpensive steam cleaner and it does a great job. I've never used one of the more expensive versions, but I can tell you that this one gets the job done - fast and easy. It has a very long cord, which is helpful in cleaning large areas. The water reservoir is a bit small, which requires frequent re-filling, but that's a small complaint. It heats up quickly and the size of the cleaning head is such that it can get into corners and under baseboards. I would recommend this product.

    I borrowed one from a friend to see how it worked on my tile floors as my house (1200 square feet) is all tiled and thought it would work on my tile floors but after getting mine I was dissapointed that it left streaks and I still have to dry the wet surface with a towel to prevent the streaking. So, I don't use it much as it is still a lot of work to get my floors clean and streak free.

  • Less heat means longer life maybe???

    I bought this for my wife (she asked for one, I wasn't hinting at anything!) and she got it just before her birthday this year. So far, the only "complaint" has been that she doesn't think it gets that hot, therefore it takes a bit more elbow grease to get some things off the floor. Right now, I'm interpreting that to mean it'll last longer since there isn't a huge heat up process only to cool down in 15-20 minutes later. We'll see I guess. If Overstock wants to send me a follow up review in a year's time or so, I'll let you know how's it's running then too!
