Not Impressed
Although it's cheap in price the product is also cheap. The hand doesn't stay connected and most importantly the steamer never gets hot, nor does it steam enough to damp anywhere but a small center portion of the oversized mophead. I wouldn't recomend this product to anyone.

out of steam
I purchased this item with a high expectation since I have owned other Shark products. This little cleaner simply runs out of steam to quickly. I would go with the larger shark mop that can be found anywhere for around $$.

I am so pleased with this item. I have purchased many refurbished items from Overstock and it's the way to go. I wish I'd known how great these steamers were...I'd have purchased one long ago.

Just what I needed
I wasn't expecting a lot from an older model, refurbished mop; however, I have been nicely surprised. The water tank is somewhat small but that means the mop is light and easy to handle. It works well on tile and laminate flooring.
