I looked for a long time before finally purchasing this product. I have it now for several months and it really is great. I have hardwood, tile and stone floors and this mop cleans all surfaces very nicely. it is a good dealt at the price.

I borrowed one from a friend to see how it worked on my tile floors as my house (1200 square feet) is all tiled and thought it would work on my tile floors but after getting mine I was dissapointed that it left streaks and I still have to dry the wet surface with a towel to prevent the streaking. So, I don't use it much as it is still a lot of work to get my floors clean and streak free.

I bought this for my wife (she asked for one, I wasn't hinting at anything!) and she got it just before her birthday this year. So far, the only "complaint" has been that she doesn't think it gets that hot, therefore it takes a bit more elbow grease to get some things off the floor. Right now, I'm interpreting that to mean it'll last longer since there isn't a huge heat up process only to cool down in 15-20 minutes later. We'll see I guess. If Overstock wants to send me a follow up review in a year's time or so, I'll let you know how's it's running then too!
