Overall, these are decent quality and value but I did think that they would block out more light. You can see through the shades.

I purchased the Shanghai bamboo blinds for my front room picture window and then 2 small side windows, I ordered these because they appeared to match well with my woodwork and oak hardwood flooring, they look AWESOME, easy to hang.Would recommend to anyone.

I love my bamboo blinds! I debated and debated over whether to order these, as I wanted something that provided a little more privacy. However, I am so glad I chose these blinds because they are beautiful and add so much texture and warm to my living room. They filter the sunlight so nicely during the day and the sheerness of the blinds at night isn't as distracting as I thought it would be. I ordered four blinds for our extra-large living room and dining room windows and they look great. I didn't want two sets per window, as I had before with the old-fashioned "mini-blinds". I am very satisfied with the look, the quality, and the value! They were also easy to install once we figured out the first one! We had all the old blinds and hardware taken down and the new ones put up on four windows in about an hour...not too bad! Oh...and they arrived in three days! Thanks Overstock!!!

Great quality. Great service. Will purchase again. Saved gas by shopping online and having shade delivered to front door in four days.
