It took too long to arrive and when it finally came it was incomplete. I have not even been able to install the shade. The brackets are incomplete, I tried to find them in a hardware store but they said I need to contact the manufacturer. Overstock was supposed to send me the complete pieces but that has not happened yet. I would not recommend this product at all.

I am very happy to say that this bamboo shade is beautiful and was very easy to install and very fast with the shipping. My wife and I purchase everything we can with Overstock.com and so far everything has been very good quality. Thank You
