Recommended This laundry sorter was awsome! So much more sturdy than my last one and I had it for several years. Any time I moved my old cart it would fall apart. This cart is made very well and very stable. My old cart had material sorters that were all attached as one unit and started ripping from the weight of the laundry. This sorter has separate bags that hand with metal hooks....very sturdy! \

Hello shopperonline2014, per the customer reviews, this sounds like a very sturdy product, so I'm sorry you're having trouble with the clips. I did a little research and found a few inexpensive options which may work as replacements, Item Numbers: 16080012 and 14198389. If you could thread the bag loops through something like these, they might hold the bags up for you around the edges. Another option could be large alligator clips.
