Sides, top, drawer front, and kickers are constructed of 5/8-inch thick laminated composite board. The drawers are made of high density fiberboard (MDF) and slides smoothly on nylon glides with built-in safety stops; they can be easily removed for cleaning or moving. Each drawer has two round knobs.

a waste of money
I really feel like I've been had. This is junk. Carboard, pressed junk wood that splits & chips. the drawers are hard to open & close. Inferior quality for the money. I wish I could get my money back.

this being the first piece of furniture i've ever assembled, it took a solid two hours; not terribly long and i'm sure the experienced assembler of cheap furniture can beat my time by half. corners were slightly damaged from transit but a few pieces of white tape made good cover-up. i'm using this as a dresser so the drawers a little shallower than i'm used to, but still workable. overall this will serve it's purpose in my current apartment, will it even be worth the effort transporting when I'm ready to move in a year or 2? probably not... i got it because my room is small and the specs were right.

Great for the price
I was looking for something affordable to use for my lingerie since most lingerie chests seem to cost hundreds of dollars minimum. It was easy to put together (about 2 hours by myself) and not nearly as flimsy as some furniture I've seen or purchased over the years. Don't get me wrong - this isn't a family heirloom type piece, but with normal use it should hold up for several years. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a chest but who doesn't want to spend a fortune.

OK Bang for the Buck
Pain to assemble - took me half the day. I hate putting things together so that may have biased my ratings a bit. Quality lacking - some little minor pieces were bent or broke. Nothing that I really notice, especially not anything external. While I have criticisms, I still would recommend this item because it really was a good price.

My seven-drawer chest is the best. I am very happy w/ the outcome, Everyone thought I was going to need help to construct it together (especially the males in my family). They were wrong, it was the easiest to assemble. and it looks beautiful in my newly painted/newly finished hard wood floor bedroom. I was very satisfied w/ shipment, delivery time,quality of product, and simplicity of diections to assemble and all accesories included to build product.I am a very happy customer in Los Angeles, CA

I Need it this!!
I have a studio, and no drawers in my kitchen, only cabinets. So I order this to put my silverware, potholders, serving ware, menus and etc. I don't have many things, so I don't think I will be using it heavily. It does save me from a lot of mess. Plus, the color match with my cabinets.

You got what you PAID for...
if your looking for something that doesnt take alot of space and your use for it is to put undergarments and things that are not to heavy then this is perfect. since you didnt pay two much money you have to wonder whats the disadvantages of the product ...well they are the support.. some important pieces are plastic and cardboard which is very unfortunate because you cant over stuff it.. Another thing is that the back piece doesnt cover the entire back. what i did like was that it was more then i expected the drawer is actual made out of wood. it took a small amount of space all in all i didnt spend alot of money and it fits everything i wanted to fit and it looks exactly like the website described it to be in the picture so that wasnt a surprise.i gave it a 4 star because even if it was better than i expected i really wish they didnt use plastic and cardboard for some of the pieces it wouldnt been perfect. i also liked the service..when some of my pieces came broken and i contacted the company of the product and they send me new ones right away...
