Delivery was frustrating (delivery company's fault), but after 2 weeks and several rescheduled times it finally showed up. The packaging was great- no damage at all. It was a little disappointing that the travertine top was tan instead of the creamy ivory one shown. For the price, it was still worth it, since I saved a few hundred. I did research the actual item and saw it came with either top, but it would have been nice to know I was not buying the one ACTUALLY SHOWN. It gets 4 stars because I had to drill out holes in the back for plumbing (the small opening they had didn't line up with the pipes in my wall) and take out the middle shelf completely (it's pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to attach pipes with the shelf). Otherwise, with a little tweaking, it made a nice bathroom update.

It arrives in a box that looks like a tank....no possible chance for damage in shipping. Very timely shipping to boot. Solid craftmanship and great looking. The travertine top is very nice. The only slight negative is there is no back splash - just work this into your design plan. It is expensive, but still a great deal for this high quality furniture-like piece.
