  • just a cute little table at a low price

    I needed a small console table to go next to the front door. I wanted something that would blend with our eclectic style (which combines traditional, rustic, and industrial elements -- lots of wood, leather, different metals, and a bit of stone) but wouldn't distract from the carved center table, which is the main focal point of the foyer. I also didn't want to spend much because I had spent more than I'd planned to on the center table. This little table definitely fits the bill. It meshes well with our other furniture and furnishings, but is dainty enough to kind of blend in with the background if you want it to. It's definitely not an heirloom piece, but it's great if you want something that looks nice, won't get tons of heavy use, and you don't want to spend much on.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? pretty close. The wood might be a shade darker but it is a grayish color.
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. For a small and slim table, this is sturdy. It doesn't seem likely to tip or break. The top is mdf/veneer but looks solid.

    • Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

    Very handsome design. Easy to assemble. Smaller scale size fit nicely for the place I needed. Fast shipment. Somewhat lightweight.

  • Cheap

    Mostly I was disappointed that one of the screw holes didn't line up. I got 7 of them in very easily but the last one was impossible so I left it out. Still pretty sturdy without it, but the cost of the table does not equal the quality of the table. Despite my rather negative review, I am keeping the table and it looks OK in the space.

    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. This is a K-Mart blue-light special that should be half the price I paid for it

Even though you say the legs and frame are antiqued copper, in the picture the legs and frame seemed to be more of a silver color. Is this true or is the color closer to bronze? What is antique copper and will the finish turn green like real copper? Is it protected? What metal are the legs and frame? What is the weight? harvey31 on Apr 28, 2012
