In China we take great pride in handcrafting our items. Some of our items are made in a workshop which helps to provide hundreds of jobs in the community where it is located, where work is very difficult to find. However, many of our items are handcrafted in small villages or towns, which it helps us to provide for our families without going to a large city. Most of us live very simple lives and we have been doing this type of work for many decades. The knowledge and many of our traditions have been passed down from our ancestors. It gives us much satisfaction knowing we are helping to preserve many dying arts.
There can be over twenty workers involved in molding, shaping and painting just one exquisite piece. Each item is skillfully hand-shaped, or hand-woven by master artisans. Each item is assembled together into intricate items of beauty and art. All of the pieces we create are made with great care and pride. Even the people handcrafting items in the workshop take great pride in knowing they are helping to create the heirlooms of tomorrow, while beautifying your home today.

Nice looking
The hangers look great and have a charm about them. The way they hang is a bit awkward as the bottom of them lifts easily when removing a jacket from them. A little museum wax did the trick!

Love these hooks. we needed something to hang my massive purse as well as jackets, dog leash, etc. near the entryway off our garage, and this is perfect. Goes very well with our kind of earthy, distressed decor. Love them. We've been using them for a few months now and they have been sturdy and are abvle to hold my heavy purse. The only thing I would say could be improved is that the bottom of the wood that holds the hooks doesn't attach to the wall at all so when I take my purse off, the wood lifts away from the wall with the purse, but it's not a big deal.
