I bought this Serta 3" topper about 9 months ago and can't say enough good things about it! It arrived in 3 days and I did as suggested and let it rest opened for about 5 hrs. before making up the bed. The smell was totally gone by then. It was about 1" short of each edge of the queen mattress but that didn't matter to us all. I put a flat sheet between the topper and mattress, which was also new, in case the foam should discolor or crumble, but there has been no sign of that so far. I also put a fitted mattress cover over the topper. My only comment about that would be that the mattress still looks lumpy from the egg crate design even with the mattress cover, fitted sheet and top sheet. That's a small price to pay for the heavenly support of my achey back and shoulders without the foam getting too hot. My comforter disguises that lumpy look anyway.So here I am back to buy another one of these for our guest bed for Thanksgiving, and darn if it's out of stock! I'm not surprised since the price was even lower. I settled for another and hope it will work as well.

I purchased this over 9 months ago and it has changed my life! My husband and I have an old mattress that desperately needs replacing but he's too cheap to buy a new one. I couldn't even sleep through the night before I bought this. Now, my mattress still needs replacing, but I sleep better than I have in a long time. The contours are fabulous at the end of a long workday.

This mattress pad is an excellent value. It compares to the more expensive brands. I have had three different brands of memory foam mattress pads, one had a ten year warranty, and they have never lasted more than a year. For the price, if this pad lasts a year, I will be satisfied. I do agree that it did require some airing out time, prior the first usage.

Like a sea on your bed. Great. You do have to leave it out for a day to air out because it is stinky, but once its nice and fluffy its an amazing experience. I'm living in a college dorm and I joined two twin beds together and put the king matress pad on top and ...perfect!

We purchased this mattress topper to add a bit of softness to our new mattress which my husband thought was too firm. This topper is great, so comfortable and easy to relax with. The egg crate form allows for increased air circulation and a decrease in rising body temperature. I personally did not smell the odor that many others have referenced after allowing the pad to air out for about 10 hours. I would highly recommend this product, the price was outstanding and the shipping was just as stated, very quick and reliable service. We have been sleeping on it for about a month now and it is wonderful.

I purchased this topper because I got tired of having a stiff, sore back every morning, but I didn't want to buy a whole new mattress. I was extremely surprised and pleased with how much difference it makes! I am sleeping better and my back is much better when I wake up. In fact, this topper is better than the pillow top mattress I paid big bucks for in my daughter's room. I will probably be buying another one for her.

We purchased a firm mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. After reading so many positive reviews for the Serta Supreme mattress topper, we decided to give it a try. I'm delighted to say that it has worked extremely well. No more tossing and turning all night and no more backaches in the morning. Definitely recommend this product.

Great product for the money. It is thick and extremely comfortable. You might want to use sheets with fairly deep pockets, but the ones I used did tuck under the mattress with the cover on. I feel the support has helped me sleep much better and added extra support to my "too soft" mattress. I really appreciate the quality of service you get from Overstock!! Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

The first week was great, but now, it stays flat in the lower back area. both my husband and myself feel like we are lying in a hole in the lower back area.My husband weights 183 pounds and I 128 pounds.

This product was all it was said to be; fit nicely, and made sleeping better. I would highly recommmend this product to anyone who is trying to get extra wear out of a worn mattress.

We purchased this topper for a bed in our motor home. It was for our daughters bed over the cab of the unit and it was to go on top of a foam cushion on a board so we did not have a great starting mattress. This is our second topper we have purchased from overstock and we loved the first one (for our bed in the motor home) so we spent a little more on this topper since the mattress was not substantial. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMFORT IT ADDED TO THIS VERY HARD FOAM BED. We did know that it would take a couple of days to air out so we were patient with the smell. It was not quite the size listed for a king sized bed (a little small) and we had ordered a king for a queen bed in case this happened so it was not a problem for us. Thanks for the great product at an incredible price.

I am extremely happy with the Serta memory foam mattress topper ...it is a great value! It gets five stars from me. I just recently used it on a futon and the people that slept on it said it felt like a real bed so in my book that speaks volumns. I have made several purchases at overstock.com and have never been disappointed ....I will continue to be a customer of theirs ...NittyKiddy

I didn't know if I should buy it. So i read the reviews and decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did!Everytime I lay in my bed I feel relaxed and soft. Everyone in my house is jealous of me and my mattress pad. there was a chemical smell in the beginning but it wasn't that bad

I have purchased several Serta Memory Foam mattress covers, and this was the first one I received that was defective. Overstock.com was VERY helpful in resolving my issue expeditiously. Once you take the product out of the box, it increases significantly in size when it unfolds. Since it would be next to impossible to return it in the same shipping box, I was issued a credit and instructed to disgard the item. I was most pleased with Overstock.com, and will order a replacement as soon as it becomes available.

I ordered a memory foam mattress topper because of knee and back issues, and have had a much more restful sleep since using it. Because of my recommendation, my daughter ordered one for her daughter's bed. I was prepared to order one for another daughter, but this product is currently out of stock.
