  • Not as high quality as I'd hoped.

    Service and delivery was great. Box is fine but mattress is light and feels hollow and spring, like an old school style. It is not "plush" like one would expect from the description.

Serta has a 30 day trial when you can return the mattress if you don't like it. So if we don't like it can we return it within 30 days? And if so do we contact Serta or O.co? Do we ship it ourselves? And will we be refunded? jihansabir on Jun 17, 2013
