I ordered this mattress 'hoping' it be good. I had read the reviews and some were good and some were bad. I knew I had a 50/50 chance. The mattress took about 3 weeks to be delivered after ordering. The 3rd party mattress were great in communication when the mattress would be delivered and called 15 to 20minutes before delivery. The delivery people brought the mattress wrapped and set up. Thankfully they have a survey on the service of the delivery and the quality of the product or I would have been stuck with this mattress. I usually takes surveys quickly but the survey was asking detailed answered to the product. I went upstairs to see the mattress and it was horrible upon site. It looked like people had already slept on it and it was not filled with any pillowtop. I went downstairs to tell the delivery people, I didn't like it and they recommend I refuse the order. I would spend a couple hundred more and by from your local mattress dealer. I called overstock to advise I didn't accept the mattress, they advised of the $75 restock fee which is fine. I did received my credit back to my card within a couple days. Overall poor quality but received great service from delivery company and good service from overstock.Read More
After researching various types of mattress, we purchased what we believed to be a plush, mid-range, Pillow top mattress from Overstock. When the mattress was delivered we were VERY disappointed. The edges were very soft and there was no padding in the "pillow top". It crunched when we laid down on it and the straw-like odor was very offensive. I called the following day to make arrangements for a return. This was handled to our satisfaction.Read More
