Great Bed
This is a very comfortable mattress. My husband and I have been sleeping on it for about 2 months now and we both love it. He prefers a much firmer mattress than I do, but I even find this very comfortable. We put a fluffy mattress pad on it and that makes it even better. When one of us moves the motion does not make the whole bed move or bounce. It has good support without being hard, and it has gotten just a little more soft since we slept on it, but it does not sink or anything like that. I also really like the fact that it is covered in organic cotton and made of natural materials. There is no smell or off gas to be noticed. It has latex but comes as a normal mattress, does not take any time to set up or re-inflate as some do. It is 12 inches tall as advertised and if you have a good foundation for it, you don't need a box spring. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to anyone who likes a good supportive mattress that isn't like sleeping on concrete.

Excellent delivery
The delivery service was excellent. However the mattress is not plush. It is firm to hard as a rock. I couldn't sleep on my side without buying additional 3 inch talalay latex topper (soft) from a local supplier (able to test both soft and medium before buying). Waiting for topper cover and I will have an excellent talalay latex bed for just over $1000. If your looking for plush mattress, plan to buy additional topper.

Incredibly comfortable and supportive
This mattress is incredibly comfortable, and the covering appears to be well-made and (hopefully) long-lasting. We have had an all natural latex mattress for years in our home, and finally wanted to get a similar, new mattress for our summer house. The Serta Glasgow did not disappoint us. We have it on a simple frame bed with a solid platform underneath (no slats, like on our bed at home). It is really a supportive mattress but has just the right amount of give for supreme comfort. I was nervous paying a fairly big price for a mattress I'd never tried, but I am delighted we took a chance. It was a great value, though it's not completely natural latex, but a combination.
