White glove home deliveries require a 4-hour window to complete delivery; this includes delivery of the mattress, set-up in the room of your choice, removal of all packaging and debris and removal of your old mattress upon request. Very Satisfied with this set
I was nervious about ordering this mattress without first sleeping on it --but I love it. It took about 3 weeks to get it and I was told they are, "made to order" and that was why it took that long. This mattress is firm but not hard with a wonderful pillowtop. On the day I got it, I tried it out for what I thought was a few minutes and eneded up falling asleep for an hour! I did a lot of research online before ordering this mattress and have no regrets. My wider pocket sheets fit it with room to spare and it's easy to make being so high up. The delivery people will call you to set up a convenient time and the movers call when they are on the way. They were professional, courteous and quick.
