Not plush - Firm
I searched for a plush mattress. I wanted to be able to sink into my bed. The bed was delivered quickly and in great shape but not at all what I was wanting. Unfortunately the delivery people are not going to hang around while you test out your new bed for softness. This is a quality mattress but not what I would consider soft or plush. It is firm. I am disappointed after spending so much money on it. If you are looking for a firm mattress this one is for you. If you are looking for soft/plush look elsewhere. I am buying a padded mattress cover to try to make it softer.
