Nice!
This futon is really comfortable, both for sitting and sleeping. I like that the frame goes under all of the mattress when the futon is opened for sleeping. I also like the fact that the armrests are lower than the mattress so they are not in the way when it is opened up. It's a great buy for the money!

5 Stars All The Way
I received the order in record time. Put it together by myself, husband was out of town. Product description did not mention that mattress came with a cover, but it does, a beautiful moca colored micro-suede one, on mattress and ready to go; AND speaking of the mattress, only one word will do FANTASTIC.

Great futon!
My husband and 15-year-old daughter assembled this futon for me, and it went together pretty well, although it took a bit longer than we thought it would. It looks very good and is quite comfy! It sat in the middle of our family room for two weeks (while the den was being painted) and we basically took turns falling asleep on it at night watching TV. Delivery was very quick and the unit arrived in good condition. It is a great guest bed. The mattress slips a bit while in the "sofa" position (common with futons). It would be worth the expense to purchase a futon mattress "gripper" to keep it in place better.

You get what you pay for
Pros - The mattress is adequate. It's actually slightly better quality than I expected, though I had very low expectations, given my prior experience with futons. - Easy to convert from couch to bed -- and can do from either the seat or back, making it very flexible. - Fits in our tiny guest room. A full-sized sheet is a bit too big (the fitted sheet won't be tight), but it works fine. - Love love love the cover. Fits well, zips off pretty easily to throw in the washer, entirely possible for one person to put it back on. We got the dark plum color and have no regrets. It's more brown than purple, but much less boring than plain brown. Cons - The support leg in the middle broke almost immediately. Poor quality weld, no way to really fix it. - This is not a Serta. When we tried to find a replacement/fix for the support leg, we discovered that Serta licenses its name to other companies, to sell under their brand. We never did figure out who actually made it. I will never buy another Serta product again; you simply cannot trust the name. We rigged something up by drilling holes through the metal tube and screwing a plate, and ... big pain and it's still not that sturdy. - Mattress is still a futon mattress. It won't give you a really comfortable night's sleep, though it's perfectly fine for occasional or short-term use. When we have long-term guests, we give them our bed and take the futon. - Even if the support leg had not broken, I suspect this would have started to sag in the middle before too long. - Appearance is OK. Not great, not bad, but OK. In short, not a bad option if your space is tight, you need something inexpensive, and really need a removable, washable cover (we did). If you intend to actually sleep on it or sit on it with any frequency, find something else.

Adequate for the price
The photos shows pillows and I did not receive any pillows, the mattress is firm, but thick and the Serta is a better quality than some futon mattresses.

Awesome Full Size Futon
Went together in about two hours, easy directions. Two adults can easily sleep on this futon... very comfortable. P.S. I had to use a little WD40 to get the click clack mechanism to work properly initially. The directions also state that this may be neccesary.
