I've been using this pillow for the past few weeks and I've noticed a better night's sleep than previously. I sleep longer with less twisting and turning. The memory foam pillow is very comfortable and cushy. You can feel it mold around your neck and head where it does not become flattened. It is the right amount of support. Upon receiving the pillow in the mail I did notice a slight smell from it being new but I aired it out for a few hours and was able to use it. The first few nights I slept like a baby....I don't think I even turned or twisted one time but now that I am used to it I do still twist and turn but definitely not as much as I did....I am one of those turners who twist about 100 times a night. I can sleep on my side comfortably.....there is enough support for your neck and shoulder so that when you lay on your side you are still comfortable.

As others have noted, these pillows don't look to be very substantial. Don't be put off by their appearance. Rest assured (pun intended), these pillows are *comfortable*! They provide excellent support. After the first night I slept on them, I woke up the next morning without my usual neck cramps or lower back pain. Having used them now for over a month, I can say that these pillows were the best purchase I've made in a long while.

Never could I sleep on just one, very flat compared to normal pillow, so flat that I now have one in same pillow case with standard pillow. The quality if fine, just not enough pillow for me.

I had wished these pillows were bigger. It's hard to find a pillow case that fits these, and the removeable pouch them come in turns yellow from the oils in your skin if you don't cover it. Washing the pouch doesn't work perfectly to remove the discoloration, and to be honest, it's just plain annoying and gross.Maybe I just don't like memory foam pillows? Are all memory foam pillows this hard (even after sleeping on them and warming them up)? I think they are a great value, but you get what you pay for. In this case, that means not much.

I purchased two sets of these pillows and received them within two days. I slept on them the first night and coupled with my Serta 4 in memory foam topper I may never leave my bed. I was able to sleep comfortably on my side which I have not done in a while due to my arms going numb. These pillows offer just the right amount of support and comfort and the washable covers are very high quality.I have never been disappointed when I buy a Serta product from Overstock.

I purchased other memory foam pillows last year for more than twice this price, so I was hesitant until I saw that it was Serta. I have a Serta Memory Foam mattress and love it. So I purchased these pillows and am delighted with them. They are very comparable to more expensive memory foam pillows. Trust Serta!

I was having problems with my neck at night. So i decided to buy this set of 2 Serta Memory Foam Pillows and they are great. It's really improved my sleep at night. Also the shipping on them was very fast!!

There are no cons to this product, I have recommended this to several people who have really benefited from the support. However I must warn that the adjust, comfort and joy does not come quick. Most of the people whom I recommended this product had the same problem I did....It will take up to a month in some cases to get adjusted to these pillows. Especially if you've never had a contour pillow before it will take your body a few weeks to adjust to the difference. Still, I recommend that everyone get one of these.

These pillows were an awesome deal for the price. My only concern is that one of the pillows has lost its shape already and is not as dense as the other. I am hoping this was just a bad pillow since the other one is still perfect. I have only been sleeping on these pillows for a few weeks and although it was uncomfortable at first, I feel I am now getting a better night sleep then I was before using them. If your looking for a memory foam pillow that wont break the bank as well as provide comfort then purchase these!!!!

I had read the comments section of quite a few of the memory foam contour pillows and there seemed to be a problem with odor and shape so I wasn't sure just what I would get but there was no need to worry. When they came it didn't take long for them to regain their shape and there was no odor at all. I am especially pleased that there is a removable cover. As for sleeping , I don't toss and turn as much as I used to and that is a good thing. I am very happy with this purchase.

My husband has had back problems and our old pillows only seemed to make it worse. I just thought I'd try these to see if they offered him any relief. They have been great and his back feels much better!

It took me a couple of nights to get used to this pillow since I am used to using 3 stacked pillows. I used to get horrible neckaches, but that has since changed with the use of these pillows! I no longer toss or turn like I used to, and am feeling more refreshed in the morning. For the price, it is an awesome deal, and you get two!This pillow is very comfty and I recommend it to everyone!

After some getting used to it, I am enjoying the pillow. If you are used to a memory foam pillow, beware, these are not as dense as more expensive ones. They have much less of a memory effect than other memory foam pillow I have used. They are a bit on the bouncy side, but still pretty comfortable.

the pillows are unbeatable and great for the price!! very comfortable to sleep on. only thing i wish was different, is that the actual pillow was bigger in size.. the pillows are small.

These pillows are comfortable and I have been sleeping better because of them. I only wish that they would stay collapsed with the contour of my head imprinted upon them for a longer time period because they really do what Newton's 3rd Law of Motion says.

This pillow is very comfortable and has helped me to sleep better. I bought it for my husband as he was having back and neck problems and it hasn't helped like I had hoped, but he still uses it every night because it is comfortable. Like other users have said, does have a slight stench from the packaging, but it airs out after a couple days. Not a bad buy considering the cost. Would buy it again.

When I purchased these, I was under the impression that they were going to be the size of a full size pillow. But that was not the case. They are tiny, they do not look good in a standard size pillow case because once you put the pillow inside, you could actually fold over the excess fabric. They just look ridiculous.
