We purchased 2" memory foam to go on our king-sized bed. We already bought new pillow-top mattresses but they were still lacking. We were tossing and turning all night. Purchased the memory foam and WOW does it make a difference. It shipped lightening fast. The smell dissipated quickly and it took it's correct form within 2 hours. We slept on it the day it came. Would highly recommend especially if your back hurts! Great price and great quality.

OK, I have bought several versions of this on line and the Serta is the nicest. There is no smell, they unfold nicely if left alone and are very very comfortable. I bought these for an arthritic nun in her 80's that said she had her first full nights's sleep in years (she has knee and hip problems). They are so impressed with the product that I ordered a second one for another nun that has Rheumatoid arthritis and usually has to sleep in a chair and get up and walk in the middle of the night...who had her first good night sleep that she can remember...she woke up once but fell back to sleep - what a testiment!

This is a good product for the price. I bought a king, cut it down to queen and used the trimmings as a pillow. Arrived quickly. Overstock.com is a great place for online shopping.

We received our Serta 2" Memory Foam topper 2 days ago and LOVE it. It helps to cut down on the 'bounce factor' when my husband gets in & out of bed, I love that! It does still smell a bit,but I'm hoping that will disappear soon-to be honest I was so excited to put it on the bed, I never waited the 24 hours to let it air out. I debated on getting a thicker one, but honestly 2" is plenty-if it's a Serta. I had bought a 3" for another bed, from another company, and am sending it back. GREAT BUY from Overstock again!

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift and have only opened the box. I have not taken out the pad or laid it out. I hope the odor goes away as the packing sheet said. I also hope that if there is a problem, the pad can be returned after it is opened completely on Christmas.

I love it! My husband...not so much. I sleep on my back, and he likes to sleep on his stomach. Maybe that is the difference.

COMFORT:For those with a mattress that is far too firm, this is the product for you. It evenly distributes your body weight, reducing any pressure on joints. There's no heat buildup because I cover the topper with a mattress glove and 100% cotton 400 thread-count sheets. This density is perfect since my body does not sink too far into the pad, nor does it sit on top to feel any pressure. I feel that this combination of thickness and density is perfect (I weigh 150 lbs). If you weigh somwhere closer to 180 lbs, I would recommend going up an inch in thickness.SIZE:The mattress fit perfectly on my bed, despite what other users have commented about it being too big. Therefore, the mattress fit true to size, so there's no need to order a size up.APPEARANCE:The foam topper looked perfect, with no rips or holes - as other users have commented.VALUE:I researched mattress pad prices and specifications for 3 days before making my purchase. Bought this to help soften a new mattress that was too firm. Put this on the bed with a good mattress cover and couldn't be happier. Great price compared to others and really comfortable. Had it for several months and so far so good. No off gassing smell after the initial 24 hours and doesn't seem to trap heat and get too hot like others have described, although that could be due to the mattress cover. Highly recommend for any mattress that needs some extra cushioning.

It was too easy to order this memory foam topper for my bed. I compared prices against local stores and Overstock was the best. It arrived in one week. This adds so much comfort to the mattress.

This product is wonderful! I followed the directions by opening the package and allowing the mattress to undo itself. The next night I put it on the bed and had a glorious night's sleep! There was a slight odor, but it seemed to have dissipated within 24 hours. Since purchasing this item I have seen it in brick and mortar stores for a much higher price. Great item, great price!

Seems to be value for the price. Bought two, each for guest bedrooms, one to revitalize an older mattress and the other extra comfort for a new mattress. Wish there had of been a cover, but then the price would probably been higher.

I put this topper on my bed along with a new set of super-soft modal sheets and it's like sleeping on a marshmallow. Unfortunately I haven't noticed much improvement in my actual sleeping but I can't blame that on the foam.One problem: as others have stated, the topper is a little small for the mattress. I bought a Queen size topper for my Queen size bed and it's a couple inches short on each side. It's not a huge deal since I don't sleep on the edges of my bed, but it is annoying that it's not quite as large as advertised.

We read a ton of the reviews on Overstock, regarding this mattress top, and others. I'm extremely pleased with this decision. I seriously don't know how, or why I ever slept without one of these. It is the perfect thickness .. we don't sink into it much, but you still know it's there. Our bed was pretty firm to begin with, which I think is a good thing. We don't get hot in the middle of the night .. in fact I don't really notice any change in heat. Some reviews mention smells .. we didn't have that problem. When it arrived, we opened it up and let it air out for two days, then placed it on top of the mattress. It is heaven. I have back and neck issues, and have been trying to learn to sleep only on my back .. this topper makes it so easy. I don't toss and turn, and spend a lot of time trying to get comfortable anymore. It's just uninterrupted sleep all night... no exaggeration. I would have paid five times as much as I did for it ..

I am very pleased with this 2 inch memory foam topper. It is more than I anticipated. I bought a Cal-King size for my queen mattress to ensure it would cover the mattress completely. I cut off about 12 inches on one side only. I am glad I bought the 2 inch thickness rather than 1 inch as I like the feel of sinking into and not feeling the bottom mattress. I sleep great and toss less. I put my regular mattress cover on top of this foam topper in case it was warmer than I wanted. It's perfect, so it must be right! I let it air out for 24 hours before placing on the bed. No problem getting rid of the initial odor. Great product for a great price with prompt delivery. Thank you Overstock.com!

It's wonderful! I was afraid it was going to be too soft for my husband that likes a firmer mattress than me but we both overslept the first night! After having it now for about a month, we are just as pleased as when we first got it!

Comfortable, good quality, but the size is not as listed on line, it's more like a full size than a queen size; too much trouble to return, so I kept it but not happy about it. I'll recommend this to someon who is willing oder the next size up and do some trimming.
