great bed for the value
i was very skeptical about ordering a bed online without trying it out first, but after extensive research, i decided to order this bed. i was really impressed by the quality of customer service and by how prompt the delivery service was. i received my bed after 10 days of placing the order and i am completely happy with my purchase. so far, this bed is a good balance of soft and firm so that when i sleep on my side, my shoulders do not hurt. this is definitely a great bed for the price.

excellent purchase
i was in sore need of a new bed. after shopping around stores, i wasn't really satisfied with the pricing i found. i was extremely worried about purchasing a bed without testing it out. after reading all 25 reviews, it appeared that only people who do not like firm beds had complaints. i am a runner and have lower back issues. at first, i was worried that i would be unhappy, it took me about 2 weeks to break in the bed. i am so happy i took a chance, this was my best overstock purchase ever! this bed is extremely comfortable for me. it only took about 1 week to receive my bed, i received plenty of updates/phone calls on the status of my order, and they even hauled away my old bed. i would recommend this bed to anyone who likes a firm bed!

A good buy
I purchased the Serta Firm Queen Mattress. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I was debating on getting the softer one, but after reading the reviews for that some people said it was too soft. I figured if this bed was too hard, then I could buy a mattress topper. It did take some getting used to but I am now getting a good night's sleep almost every night. The delivery guys were great and brought it up the stairs for me and took the plastic off of it. The only downside is that you can't flip the mattress over. I knew that when I bought it from reading the other reviews but decided to buy it anyway because of the low cost and $1 shipping. Overall a great buy!!

Serta mattress
My husband and I could not wait to get our shipment, we contacted Overstcok customer service every week on the phone or live chat since we would not able to track the status on our order online. The mattress is a full queen size 60x80 which was our main concern since one of the review said that it was 1 inch short all around, 58x78. But when we got the shipment on Mon, Dec. 7th, morning in the rain. we inspected the mattress and box spring and got out the measuring tape and measured it twice to make sure it is a full 60x80. If not, we might have returned it. But my husband and I love our new bed. My husband thinks it was manufatured the day we ordered the mattress according to the label on the mattress which is made in Moreno Valley, CA. Maybe that's why it took some time to arrive. This bed is higher than our old bed which was over 10 years old.

Best Sleep Ever!!
I was sleeping on a mattress box spring set that was 20 years old - I liked what I saw online expecially the reviews - setup was quick and easly by the delivery persons and they took the old set away - THE BEST PART WAS SLEEPING ON THE NEW SET - I NOLONGER HAVE ACHES IN THE MORNING AND THE BED IS A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND READ NOW - I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SET

This is a excellent mattress for the cost. Bought the queen size for our youngest son and really wish we had also ordered a king size to replace our mattress set. Extremely comfortable!!

Very good bed
First I want to say, I am very happy with the bed. I am giving it 5 stars. My hubby and I had been sleeping on a too-soft mattress for several years and as soon as we switched to this firm one, we both felt a major different (good difference!) in how our backs feel. The bed is definitely well constructed and attractive. Just want to say one thing - while you can rotate this mattress (alternate the head and the foot of the bed) you CANNOT flip it. I asked this question before purchasing and was informed that you can flip it, however - you cannot. It says in the FAQs that you can - that is not true, you cannot flip this mattress. I am still quite pleased with it, and you really cannot get anything better for the price! I would buy again, even knowing you cannot flip it.
