Dimensions
White glove home deliveries require a 4-hour window to complete delivery; this includes delivery of the mattress, set-up in the room of your choice, removal of all packaging and debris and removal of your old mattress upon request. Please note that there is no surcharge for additional flights of stairs. You will be contacted by the home delivery agent when the product is ready for delivery (typically 1 to 3 weeks), we recommend requesting product removal at the same time you schedule your home delivery appointment.

great bed for the value
i was very skeptical about ordering a bed online without trying it out first, but after extensive research, i decided to order this bed. i was really impressed by the quality of customer service and by how prompt the delivery service was. i received my bed after 10 days of placing the order and i am completely happy with my purchase. so far, this bed is a good balance of soft and firm so that when i sleep on my side, my shoulders do not hurt. this is definitely a great bed for the price.

excellent purchase
i was in sore need of a new bed. after shopping around stores, i wasn't really satisfied with the pricing i found. i was extremely worried about purchasing a bed without testing it out. after reading all 25 reviews, it appeared that only people who do not like firm beds had complaints. i am a runner and have lower back issues. at first, i was worried that i would be unhappy, it took me about 2 weeks to break in the bed. i am so happy i took a chance, this was my best overstock purchase ever! this bed is extremely comfortable for me. it only took about 1 week to receive my bed, i received plenty of updates/phone calls on the status of my order, and they even hauled away my old bed. i would recommend this bed to anyone who likes a firm bed!

A good buy
I purchased the Serta Firm Queen Mattress. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I was debating on getting the softer one, but after reading the reviews for that some people said it was too soft. I figured if this bed was too hard, then I could buy a mattress topper. It did take some getting used to but I am now getting a good night's sleep almost every night. The delivery guys were great and brought it up the stairs for me and took the plastic off of it. The only downside is that you can't flip the mattress over. I knew that when I bought it from reading the other reviews but decided to buy it anyway because of the low cost and $1 shipping. Overall a great buy!!

Excellent
This is an excellent product, firm just like we wanted. And having it shipped directly to us and packed up the stairs was really a bonus. I shop overstock for all my large items now.

Good Night
We've had this bed for six months. When it first arrived it seemed too firm. We put a four-inch memory foam topper on it and now it's like sleeping on a cloud. We are very very pleased. We got a great deal too; more than $XXX less than the OS price today. When we move and need another bed for a spare room we'll be looking right here again. Thanks Overstock one more time!

Great mattress and a great value
I was hesitant to buy a mattress online, but I once again trusted my fellow Overstock reviewers and bought this Serta Cromwell, and overall we are very pleased. It is firm, but that is what we wanted. I could not find a mattress of this quality for this value in the stores. Important to note that the boxspring is one piece and the delivery people, who were very professional and prompt, could not get it up our stairs. We almost had to refuse delivery, but decided to keep it. We swapped it with a two-piece queen box spring we had in a downstairs bedroom.

Decent mattress
So far I am happy with this mattress after about 3 months. For those who are used to the older traditional inner spring mattress (which was all I had ever had prior to this purchase) this mattress is much lighter because it has wood framing inside under the support system, and it cannot be flipped since the sleep surface is only on one side. I had had my previous mattress for about 15 years and flipped it every 6 mos. There were a few black grease stains on the edges and top of the box spring, but they didn't interfere with the quality and rather than requesting a replacement set as the delivery man suggested, I opted for a partial refund on the sales price to take care of cleaning the stains myself. This mattress is not too firm, yet it is supportive. My old mattress was very old and had lost all support, so sleeping on my back made me wake up in pain. I have not had that problem with this mattress. Over all I am happy with my purchase. This mattress set was a great price!

Would recommend this site to anyone, quality and time I received my item was outstanding. Price was very reasonable, shopped around before I made my purchase and saved my self alot of money.

Serta Cromwell turned out to b a defective product
The product was delivered on time, and people brought the product helped to place in the room. But the product turned out to be defective after 11 months, but I delayed to contact overstock for a month. I contacted overstock, and they suggested me to contact manufacturer and manufacturer is charging me 50% of product cost to exchage, and these costs weren't explained in product details during the purchase. Even while purchasing the product I contacted overstock associate, but she never mentioned about the warranty hidden costs. overstock is not very in resolving this issue so far. I suggest people not purchase mattresses on this site unless they detailed warranty information with all costs involved. Good luck.
