LUXURIOUS. This is a firm bed. I cannot go into my bedroom without wanting to lie down on it. I go home for lunch and my co-workers say, "what time should I call you if you end up asleep?" Enough said. I have already recommended it to everybody!!!
Mattress is a little too soft for me. I like a firmer one. If you like a medium soft mattress, this is the one for you. Customer service was excellent and shipping was prompt. I replaced a new select comfort with this mattress.
