Shipping was fast. I received the bed 10 days (including weekend) after order placed.Item was delivered to my bed room without any extra fee. I tipped the delivery people.Full size is a perfect bed for one person use. Very very comfortable and great support to the whole body. Because the edge support is not that great, if two people sleep on it, you will feel the bed very small.
We find the Serta Bristol Way matress to be firm enough to prevent back aches and yet plush and inviting with the pillow top feature. We are considerring a second set for a guest bedroom.
I hate this bed, my husband loves it. Make sure you have a center brace even with the full size bed as without it you may feel like you are sleeping in a nest (I did) and it was awful. I'm getting used to it and now it's not bad. You may want to go queen, the full seems small. Sure I'd recommend it to someone who likes "fluffy" beds. Price is okay.

I purchased two sets of these mattresses for my children and they are fabulous! They are just the right mix of firmness and softness. Both kids love their new beds. The mattress may be a little bit shorter than normal either that or the bed I bought was longer. The mattress is very comfortable and is nice and high. Which I think makes a bed look plush.
