Serta Annabelle Euro-top Queen Mattress and Foundation Set

We ordered this about 2 and a half months ago. It was delivered within two weeks, in great condition. This is a lush, cushiony mattress with a supportive core. We've slept on it nightly since getting it and it feels great! Highly recommended!

I have had a cheap cheap new bed, used beds, waterbed, air mattress and have slept on couches and the floor...but this bed is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BED I HAVE EVER HAD....BAR NONE. We only had so much to spend and didn't have time to do a lot of shopping and thought what we had was bad...lol. So we decided to buy one from here...had heard good things about Serta mattresses. Had even gotten some advice from a few people, one being a salesmen for a mattress store. The bed sags in the middle on both sides of the bed...yes, we are plus size people...that is the reason for buying this particular bed. This mattress is like there is no support, not even enough to wear it out ourselves. Then not to mention the company that did the delivery. Oh, my goodness. We had to have another one delivered because they had scuffed up the end of the mattress, it was black. We rejected that one. So, we were so excited about getting this new mattress. Until we slept on it the first night...it has never been right. WE ARE SO DISSAPOINTED. And we paid $800 for this. I would rather have an air mattress. Our heads and feet are up and our middle sags, every night. Our backs ache because of it. Pathetic. I only give it one star because you have too to rate it. But in reality I am so dissapointed that I give it no stars. The only good thing I can say about this mattress is that it looked pretty when we got it.

I waited a good month before writing my review as I wanted to be sure that I was accurate. Here is what I have found: The first week - oh my gosh, I felt regrets purchasing this mattress! It was indeed very soft, but when I awoke, I had a slight lower back ache. Darn! I loved getting into the bed, as it is like no mattress you will ever feel. Incredible - incredible as in the equivalent of a $4000 + mattress set. To my amazement, as I neared the end of the first week, I found that I woke with no backache whatsoever. In fact, I was getting much better sleep then I have in years. Yes, YEARS. I have a VERY stressful job, one that was keeping me awake for hours on end or I would wake up and couldn't not fall back asleep, as I was just worrying and fretting all of the time. It was to the point, that my doc wanted me to take meds to sleep. To my amazement, after that first week (perhaps I needed to adjust?) I now sleep right through and in a deep sleep. If anything, it is difficult to get out of bed it is so comfortable. The mattress itself is thicker then most (and you will need extra deep pocketed sheets) and it also has a three or four inch "temperpedic" type of cushion that is layered on top. It does not make me "hot" when I sleep. It is truly amazing. I know I sound like a commercial, but I sincerely am able to sleep now, and no matter what before (different mattresses, cushioning etc) I never could before. Some might find it a little soft... but to paraphrase my sister to visited and fell asleep on it, "it is truly a princess bed." I just know even the Queen of England herself would love this mattress. Thank you Serta and Overstock for this mattress. I know it sounds silly, but my life has changed as I am now truly rested.

Make sure to check your merchandise. I ordered a mattress and they sent me the wrong one. I ordered a 17 inch queen mattress and they sent me a 13 inch. The 13 inch was a nice mattress so i kept it. They quickly took care of my issue and credited my account. But once again beware check your merchandise soon as you recieve it.
