I purchased this mattress set because I have fibromyaglia. I already had a serta matteress, but after hearing so much about the visco memory foam and how it helps with your tender points on the body. Well, I just had to try it. And I am glad that I did. Why would I buy a bed on line instead from a local store You ask? Well, again after hearing so much about the visco memory foam and how it works with your body's tender points , OverStock.com had the best price! I was worried a little about it, but I thought, well if it isn't what I ordered and if it is damaged or anything that wasn't, I wouldn't take it. Overstock.com tells you just what to do and you will have no problems with your mattress if it isn't what you ordered. So, read before and do your studies on this Serta mattress. You won't find a better price and it was wrapped just like it would be if you purchased your mattress from a mattress store. I love my new mattress!!! I also like to say, it does help me with my fibromyaglia problems. I am still sick and there is no cure for fibromyaglia, but believe me it does help me get to sleep faster and I can lay in the bed and sleep longer. That is what it has done for me! So, don't hesitate to purchase this mattress. It is beautiful and so soft.

Best mattress I have ever slept on. My husband's back was killing him! After 5 days on this mattress, no more!! You wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed. Bed sits very high - so be aware of that.

I love the bed. I sleep like a baby. It is very soft. You feel like you are sleeping on clouds. My only issues is that the mattress set is really high. I am 5' 3" and I need a step to get in and out of the bed comfortable. If you are ordering the set make sure that the height is what you want. When measuring include the height of your bed frame.

I was hoping to find a mattress that would not sag in the middle and be firm enough to withstand my weight. I am a nurse, and I am a large/not fat woman. I need good sleep and the first night the mattress felt good but when I woke I was SORELY displeased as I hurt all over, esp in my back. I am not going to return the mattress, however when I move I do plan to give it away to someone who doesn't have a very nice bed in my church or save it for a spare bedroom be. This bed is beutiful, but not near as nice as my mom's serta which has the memory foam topping alone that she bought at a large furniture store, that thing is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I am sorry I didn't just go get the same thing as her. Oh well, you live and you learn. The bed would be ideal for a person/persons not greater than 200lbs.

Great ;mattress according to those who have slept on it. It is in the guest room. Very fast shipping. They said six weeks came in a week and a half. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Very luxurious and firm. Just recieved my new mattress set. Again, a great buy at Overstock. The mattress set was just as advertised. Delivered promptly in about 12 days. We ordered this about 2 and a half months ago. It was delivered within two weeks, in great condition. This is a lush, cushiony mattress with a supportive core. We've slept on it nightly since getting it and it feels great! Highly recommended!

I have had a cheap cheap new bed, used beds, waterbed, air mattress and have slept on couches and the floor...but this bed is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BED I HAVE EVER HAD....BAR NONE. We only had so much to spend and didn't have time to do a lot of shopping and thought what we had was bad...lol. So we decided to buy one from here...had heard good things about Serta mattresses. Had even gotten some advice from a few people, one being a salesmen for a mattress store. The bed sags in the middle on both sides of the bed...yes, we are plus size people...that is the reason for buying this particular bed. This mattress is like there is no support, not even enough to wear it out ourselves. Then not to mention the company that did the delivery. Oh, my goodness. We had to have another one delivered because they had scuffed up the end of the mattress, it was black. We rejected that one. So, we were so excited about getting this new mattress. Until we slept on it the first night...it has never been right. WE ARE SO DISSAPOINTED. And we paid $800 for this. I would rather have an air mattress. Our heads and feet are up and our middle sags, every night. Our backs ache because of it. Pathetic. I only give it one star because you have too to rate it. But in reality I am so dissapointed that I give it no stars. The only good thing I can say about this mattress is that it looked pretty when we got it.

I waited a good month before writing my review as I wanted to be sure that I was accurate. Here is what I have found: The first week - oh my gosh, I felt regrets purchasing this mattress! It was indeed very soft, but when I awoke, I had a slight lower back ache. Darn! I loved getting into the bed, as it is like no mattress you will ever feel. Incredible - incredible as in the equivalent of a $4000 + mattress set. To my amazement, as I neared the end of the first week, I found that I woke with no backache whatsoever. In fact, I was getting much better sleep then I have in years. Yes, YEARS. I have a VERY stressful job, one that was keeping me awake for hours on end or I would wake up and couldn't not fall back asleep, as I was just worrying and fretting all of the time. It was to the point, that my doc wanted me to take meds to sleep. To my amazement, after that first week (perhaps I needed to adjust?) I now sleep right through and in a deep sleep. If anything, it is difficult to get out of bed it is so comfortable. The mattress itself is thicker then most (and you will need extra deep pocketed sheets) and it also has a three or four inch "temperpedic" type of cushion that is layered on top. It does not make me "hot" when I sleep. It is truly amazing. I know I sound like a commercial, but I sincerely am able to sleep now, and no matter what before (different mattresses, cushioning etc) I never could before. Some might find it a little soft... but to paraphrase my sister to visited and fell asleep on it, "it is truly a princess bed." I just know even the Queen of England herself would love this mattress. Thank you Serta and Overstock for this mattress. I know it sounds silly, but my life has changed as I am now truly rested.

Make sure to check your merchandise. I ordered a mattress and they sent me the wrong one. I ordered a 17 inch queen mattress and they sent me a 13 inch. The 13 inch was a nice mattress so i kept it. They quickly took care of my issue and credited my account. But once again beware check your merchandise soon as you recieve it.

I absolutely love this mattress. I bought it about two years ago and It is possibly the best purchase I have ever made. It is a very soft mattress, which I like very much. I tend to have a pronounced curve in my low back and sleeping on a firm mattress puts too much stress on my low pain and I wake up with it screaming at me. This mattress is sinks in enough to cradle my low back. Its like sleeping on a cloud! Not to mention that its beautiful. I love very high beds. It feels very regal to me. I would recommend this bed to anyone who likes a super soft mattress. If you are looking for very firm support, try something else,

If you want and like a firm mattress, buy this one! My husband has terminal cancer and, therefore, had MANY restless nights. I bought this mattress (we were due a new one years ago) and now he has VERY FEW sleepless nights. In fact, he has trouble getting out of bed! So do I, but I have to go to work. It sits very high and at 5' 1" I am getting my "exercise" jumping into it! We love this mattress and I highly recommend it!

I have to agree with some of the other reviewers about the softness of the mattress and how you roll towards the center in this bed. If you sleep alone in it, it is fairly comfortable if you like a soft mattress you can sink into. The big problem I am having with this mattress is I don't sleep alone. My spouse is 175 pounds and if I am lying on the bed when he gets in the bed sags, so that I am no longer lying on a flat plain. Instead the bed now slopes towards him. It is awful trying to sleep with the bed sloping down towards the other sleeper. With both of us in the center it makes a big pit. The sides of the bed are all reinforced to prevent them from wearing out where you climb in and out, and since there is firmer support on the edges that just exacerbates the problem. In sum, if you sleep alone and don't mind sinking deep in, this bed is ok and thus my rating of 2 stars. If you sleep with someone else more support is crucial to comfort, and this bed is lousy. Since it can't be returned I will have to lose my investment and go find another. :(

Very unhappy with this mattress! Wish I could return it but stuck with it for now till I remodel a spare bedroom. I'll shove it in there for guests. Wasted my money this time for sure! Here's the problem...........NO SUPPORT...........without springs, I assure you, that after several hours of your body heat, you'll sink deeply into the mattress no matter how much you weigh. Getting out of this mattress in the morning is difficult......like getting out of a hammock. Do not buy.......get a mattress with some form of coil springs or other means of support.

This is a fantastic mattress set. The order arrived within a couple of weeks. I must say that the bed is quite tall but once you lay on it...wow! I have the best nights sleep in a long while since i have been using the mattress. I was hesitant on purchasing a mattress online but I have no regrets. I would definitely recommend to any person!
