My fiancee bought this mattress set for me as a gift, and I am bowled over by how beautiful and extremely comfortable this mattress is. It is very well made, and, for the first time in my life, I'm able to sleep on my back. The pillow top is cushiony soft, but the main mattress still gives nice support without being hard as a board.. It arrived within two weeks. The delivery men hauled it to my third floor apartment for no extra charge and had it set up in a flash. Beware, though. These mattresses do NOT come with bed frames. Also, if you don't have deep pocket sheets, you'll need to get them because the mattress is 15 inches high. Overall, though, I'm ecstatic with this set. The price was fantastic for the quality and this is without a doubt an extremely comfortable mattress. Thanks for the sweet dreams Overstock!

I realize this is a pillow top; however, I was hoping that it was going to be more firm. Very nice quality though and it is comfortable IF you like to "sink" in a little. Unfortunately, I can still feel my husband moving, so I was a little disappointed in that as well. But overall, a nice set.

Well, let me start by saying I am so well rested. I waited a good week before writing this review to make sure I gave the bed a fair chance and Wow!! I love my new mattress! I was really worried about ordering online before testing it out and then, still, a little worried when it was delivered because it seemed kind of firm. But I am really happy with my purchase. This is a great choice for someone who is looking for an "in the middle" mattress. It's not too soft and not too firm. It's just right!! If you are looking for a super plush mattress or a firm mattress...........this is not the set for you. Also, Overstock's free shipping and delivery was fantastic. I placed my order on Nov. 30 and had it in my house on Dec.8. Very fast!!! Would reccommend to anyone!

In under a year my mattress developed a sag in the middle. It is not from weight, I only weigh 130 pounds. I called the manufacturer becasue it is under warrenty and they charge $35 to have someone come and inspect the matress (takes about 2 weeks) then they review the damage and decide if it is covered (another 2 weeks). They told me my mattress is only sagging 1 inch and it needs to sag 1 1/2 inches to be covered. So there is nothing they can do. The mattress has become very uncomfortable and you roll into the middle from the sagging.

I purchased this mattress based on the reviews it had, it was a mistake. The mattress came with defective corners which didn't prevent me from sleeping on it. I woke up each morning with worse and worse lower back pain. It felt like someone kicked me in the back. Despite of all the reviews of people loving this mattress who have back pain, I think this mattress can give back pain. We have since returned it and have not had another episode of lower back pain since we got a new mattress. I can only attribute it to this mattress. Luckily it was defective and we were able to return it.

I am in my late thirties and have had back surgery for sciatica a couple of years ago. I thought I was resigned to back pain every morning for the rest of my life until I slept on a mattress in a hotel that had a eurotop on it. While we were there for only two nights, I woke up without back pain each morning and had not slept that good in years. I came home with a mission to replace my pillowtop mattress that was now about 13 yrs old. After a bit of searching in local stores and online, I came upon this Serta mattress here on Overstock.com. It was a fair price and you can not beat the $2.50 shipping. The mattress was delivered about two weeks after the purchase and the delivery was great. They took the old mattress set then unpacked and set up this new mattress. The bed is amazing. I have never slept on a mattress without a pillow before, but this bed is so plush and conforms so well, pillows are not needed! The only feature I miss on this bed that was on my old bed is that you could not feel your partner move around on the mattress where you can on this one... but it isn't bad enough to worry me. I would recommend this to anyone who has had back surgery and prefers a very plush mattress.

Now, I have only had this Euro Top for a few weeks now, but I have to say my wife and I LOVE it. I comb over customer reviews like crazy before buying something important such as bedding and I would recommend this to all buyers. Very comfy, very large. King is the ONLY way to go if you can swing it. I will see how it holds up which appears to be the main issue with bedding, but at least were loving it now. Actually, the bed is so big compared to our queen, we don't even use the middle (which is the part that usually sags and goes bad), so I hope to have good longevity. Good luck shopping and if you can't beat the price on a Euro top...go for it.

It took 3 weeks to arrive, that was the worst part, waiting... The delivery men came and set it all up. They were quick and professional and took all the package mess with them. This bed is AWESOME!! We sleep so much better now. It's soft and supporting at the same time. WELL worth the money!!! We LOVE this bed, just wish we'd bought it sooner!

First, it is gorgeous! I shopped around for a new mattress and had already decided on the serta line "perfect" sleeper. Every matress dealer has their own name for the same bed-and each store marketed this bed as the top of the line in luxury. IT IS!!! The most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on, very plush, yet not squishy plush. My husband is a very light sleeper and wiggles alot at night, snores often and wakes himself up-since we got the mattress-I have not heard him or felt him move. I don't know if that means he is sleeping better or not-but I am! Only one negative complaint-it is so high off the ground and we can not even see our headboard anymore. I am sure I can fix this problem (new furniture, perhaps) it is worth it to get a good nights sleep. Check out the Serta web site for more info about their mattresses-you can research exactly which mattress has what in it and it really helps narrow down what bed you are actually looking at when you are shopping around. This mattress and foundation set was purchased as a wedding present and recipients highly endorse the product and have indicated it has exceeded their expectations. Purchaser recommends Overstock.com and the product. You will enjoy many restful nights of sleep. Recipients received delivery of product within 3 weeks of when order was placed. Customer Service was helpful and attentive.

We are about to get our third mattress from Serta. The warranty process works but takes time. I hope #3 is a charm because the first two have been terrible. What happens is the mattress sags and creates a trough on both my side and my wife's side. The mattress is unable get back to it's non trough shape. I believe the mattress design and materials are flawed.

I have owned this mattress for less than a year and it sags horribly in the middle now. If there is more than one person sleeping in the bed both people roll to the middle. I have tried rotating it and it still has the same problem. I do not recommend this product at all!

Ordered this set on Monday received it the following Tuesday. Amazing !!. Excellent communication from Overstock and the delivery company !! . The look and comfort of this set is amazing..I would recommend this to anyone looking for a deluxe pillowtop mattress set. The follow up from Overstock was impressive ! The delivery company was fast, efficient and took all the trash away with them.

We purchased this mattress set a little over month ago and love it. Our old saggy mattress set was leaving us with back pain and sleepless nights. Our new one was delivered within 1 1/2 weeks by two friendly, professional delivery men. The men disposed of the old set and packing materials for new one. They brought the mattress set in and set it up. This new mattress was the complete opposite of our old one. This new one is fluffy, soft and about 7 inches higher off the ground! After a few weeks of sleeping on the new mattress we decided that we made a good choice and are pleased with our purchase.

You never know how badly you need a mattress until you get a new one. I now get a good night's sleep with no more sciatica, hip or back pain. This set is amazing - soft, thanks to the Eurotop, but very supportive. You sort of sink into the Eurotop and feel enveloped in comfort. I've never felt so spoiled! This is a Saturday-morning-relax-and-enjoy kind of bed. Beware: I'm only 5'2" and this proved challenging! If you like your bed sitting high, as I do, this is for you! (I no longer have to take a running start to get in it.) I've already recommended it to others, and I've price shopped and know I got a great deal. This is a risky on-line purchase. I'm glad I took the chance. Because it's a Serta, set up and removal of our old set was included. We couldn't be more pleased. All of my Overstock.com purchases have been great, but this is by far the best.

This matress is great. I usually toss and turn all night and the first day i slept on it i slept like a baby and have been ever since. The assembly was great. I love this matress i would definitely buy it again

The mattress was delivered within a few weeks.They unboxed and set it up which was nice. The mattress is very comfortable. The only problem I had was finding a comforter that was big enough since the mattess is so big, but I found one after I did some measuring.

We unfortunately did NOT receive the white glove service that was promised. The people who set up the bed marked up my walls moving the mattresses and didn't sport white gloves, and this is very important because the bed is a beautiful cream color. When we first slept on the bed we LOVED it. Now, a month later, we are not liking it so much. Our backs are aching every morning and the pillow top has already started to sag where our bodies are most heavy, and we aren't overweight by any means. We do love how big it is and since we are very tall people we like that it's very high. Would I buy this bed again? Not so much. Would I recommend this bed, uh....no.

My husband and I were very skeptical about ordering a matress on line with never at least laying on it first. WOW!!! We love it. My husband used to toss and turn all night. He sleeps like a baby now. It is soft with some firmness which we both prefer. If you like a hard matress than this is not for you. I am so happy with this purchase and all the reviews we read were spot on. I hope this helps.

The new bed is fantastic. It is the higher style which takes getting use to--but I bought new mattress pad and sheets in advance--after reading another buyer's review. The guys who delivered it were terrific. They were courteous and friendly. They took the old set and brought in the new--great service.
