We needed a new mattress for a long while. We finally took the time to order this one from Overstock and we were very pleased. It is a firm mattress, but has the soft pillow top that makes it very comfortable. The price was very good considering the brand and that it was an entire set, not just the mattress.The white glove service was great; they even arrived earlier than expected! (They called first so we wouldn't be surprised.) They took away the old mattress and box spring and placed the new set for us. They didn't complain even though our bedroom is the loft and the set had to be hauled up two flights of stairs.I like the new mattress very much and expect to get several years of use from it.
I purchased this Serta mattress and box spring set when remodeling my daughters room. She fell in love with the coziness of it....I finally got a chance to try it out myself and WOW! I slept like a dream. The plush top lets you sink in and at the same time my back was well rested. I would definitley buy another set .
