I did an extensive amount of research before purchasing this topper. I had read all of the good reviews as well as the negative ones. I was prepared to get a stinky compressed topper that I was going to have to let air out for days before I could use it. To my surprise when I opened the box there was only a faint oder and I only had to wait a few hours for it to get its shape and the odor gone . I received it in a very timely manner and have been quite satisified with it. I would reccomend anyone who is looking to extend their old mattress's life at a reasonable price this is definatly the way to go. The only draw back that I have is that my bed is on a pedestal and by adding 4 inches on top of that its a little harder to get in bed than I expected but if I have to get a little stool to get into the bed that is only a miner inconvience compared to the comfort of the topper. and the money I saved. I was a little disappointed in the pillows though. I already have 2 Temper pedic pillows and was expecting something at least similar, the only thing they have in commom is there shape but considering the price difference I cannot complain too loud.

I received my memory foam mattress yesterday afternoon and unwrapped it as soon as I got in the door from work. After sitting for about 5 hours, it was in shape and ready for bed. I slept soundly and can't remember waking once through the night. My husband tosses and turns all night ordinarily but either he slept really well or there was no transfer of movement be cause I didn't feel anything.It has a slight "chemical" order which was expected from the other reviews I read here and the instruction card inserted in the box reflects the same warning. I expect it should be gone within a couple of days.Make sure that you have "deep pocket" sheets handy when you begin to use it. Normal fitted sheets will not cover both your matress and the 4" of foam.Over all - so far so good! One night of peaceful sleep has been worth every penny!

I am disabled, have severe arthritis, fibromyalgia, heart condition and am in kidney failure. We want to go camping and my motor home has a very hard bed. I purchased this topper for me to sleep on. I put this topper on top of the RV mattress and have laid on it after making the bed and felt I was in heaven. I can hardly wait to go camping to get a good nights rest. I recently purchased a new Sealy memory foam topper mattress and it is not as comfortable as this 4" topper. I am truly thinking of placing the topper on top of my new mattress when camping season has ended. I would recommend this to anyone who cannot get a good night's rest. It is very supportive, but so soft you feel like you are on a cloud. And surprizingly, it is very easy to turn over on compared to other foam mattresses. It it surely for anyone who has medical problems and cannot find a bed for their needs.

I had my doubts about buying this topper. I have a mattress that's within 4-5 years old and this has made the sleeping experience amazing. I have only one problem and that's rolling out of bed in the morning. The memory foam is dense and it performs as you would expect. The pillows are contoured as well and take some getting used to but they are equally as good as the topper. I am 6'1 240lbs and this holds up just fine for me while I sleep without generating heat around me, other memory foam has been known to cause this issue. I have not seen any sag or matting of the foam where i sleep and it is not noticeable when the bed is made up.I would recommend this to anyone who wakes up during the night by tossing and turning or who may have a sore back in the morning due to their mattress. I have eliminated these issues after 2 weeks.

I was slightly disappointed with this product. I have back problems and was hoping it would be more comfortable for me by alleviating pressure points. However, the memory foam wasn't as firm and springy as some of the ones that I have felt in department stores.
