received this quickly and is very confortable. my only negative is that the odor of the material hasnt fully gone away yet.

I purchased the 3-inch memory form, I'm happy with value, appearance and quality, but I almost wish I had gone with the 2 inch. I sometimes feel like I've sunk too deep and it's difficult to roll over or get out of bed at times. This also came with the two memory foam pillows which are too firm for my taste. I don't use them and ended up giving them away. My order arrived quickly at my home. As far the alledged odor - I didn't notice any odor.

Worth every penny! I am a big guy and used to have bad back pain in the mornings due to a bad mattress - not anymore. We should've bought this topper years ago. It was worth the cost for the first nights sleep alone. We have had it a month so far and it is great - my back pain is gone. Order the biggest size and trim to fit. We got the Cali King for our Queen size mattress and trimmed 9" off the side. I would not hesitate to buy this again.

Overall it is good deal and does the trick for fix on a bed that is on its last legs. Me and my wife sleep better at night. Slightly shorter then a cal king. Either that are bed has been pushed down because of old springs.

the serta mattress topper is very comfortable!!! i dont have as much back pain as i had without it and i sleep so much better. i would highly recommend the serta mattress topper to anyone with back problems or to anyone that has trouble sleeping.

From the first night I found this product to be great. Suddenly I am sleeping the night through and feeling well rested when I awaken.

Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, it is very difficult to find a comfortable way to sleep without generating pain on my inflammed pressure points. Not any more! This mattress topper cushions and allows my body to form it's own comfort zone based on my own curves.On the downside ...I was disappointed that the topper did not come with a washable cover (as my previous 2 inch topper had).When the package arrives, it is bound up so tight that once you remove the plastic you will have the urge to start "helping" it to unfold. Resist! I came back one hour later, and the topper had literally opened itself. The deep indentations from the folds completely disappeared, and there was no odor. Upside...I have purchased an additonal 3" topper for my daughter (who also suffers from arthritis).Additionally, all of my new "deep pocket" sheets fit beautifully over my new Serta mattress and the new topper! As far as the 2 contour pillows, I have not yet tried them. I always must allow adjusment time for each change I make, so I will try the pillows in a month or so.

It's like I have a new bed. Better than I expected....soo comfy. My only small complaint is the Cali King size is still a bit small for our king bed. But only by a couple of inches. The comfort makes up for it. ;-)

It came in a large box so it didn't take long to become full size. It did have a slight odor, but nothing we couldn't live with. I don't feel much of a difference but my boyfriend says it's the best sleep ever. I love the pillows. I left the windows open to air it out, but it was so cold outside, it hardened. As soon as it warmed up, it was back to normal. No instructions so I don't know how to care for it, but I'll find something online. Even though I didn't feel a difference, my neck and shoulder don't hurt as much.

I would recommend this to anyone. It is great! It took a few hours to unroll after we got it and the smell went away after a few days.

I am amazed and delighted at the difference this mattress topper made to my bed. I was hoping for at least minor relief from a hard mattress and was instead rewarded with luxurious comfort. It did take about a week of airing out to get the smell to go away, and the topper is an inch or two short from covering the entire mattress, but for the comfort and value, I would buy it again.

I think I might like this 3" foam but I have only slept on it 2 nights it is on my guest bed. The only thing I did not like was it did not have a cover like all the other foams I have purchased! I like having a cover on it. It stretched out really good after a few hours and the smell was not unbearable.

This has done wonders for my back. I've had 2 back surgeries and have 10 titanium screws and cages in my back. I needed more "soft" than my year old mattress gave me. This really helps alot. It has an odor--I aired it out for a week before putting it on and it helped.

This is a great addition to any bed, old or new. It makes the bed so much more comfortable and helps you sleep great. I already bought a second one for my son and he loves it. It is also a great value. You just put it on top of your current matress and it feels like you bought a tempurpedic matress, which are so expensive.

I purchased this over a month ago and am very satisfied with the memory foam topper and pillows. Some people say to buy a size bigger to fit over an entire mattress (which we did). I think it was a mistake. We ended up cutting it quite a bit. The reason the topper is smaller than your mattress is so that your mattress cover and sheets will still fit properly. We put the topper and pillows in a building for 48 hours to air the smell and let the foam expand. It still had a little bit of a smell which has gone away. It is comfortable. You use the pillows with the high side or lower side according to what is best for you. I compared a lot of toppers and found this one to be of very high quality and at an excellent price. Mattress topper is an excellent addition to my current mattress that was killing my back. After 8 hours on the mattress itself (w/o the topper) I would awake in the morning thinking that I would have to start sleeping less. Then I remembered that there are toppers on the market, I currently own a Serta bed mattress at home and was wishing I could have the same thing while deployed overseas. I ordered the topper and when it arrived I was relieved to sleep 8 hours and wake up feeling better than I did when I went to bed. I would definitely recommend this mattress topper to someone who didn't have the cash to get a better mattress or to someone who has the space to carry it along on their travels.

I cannot believe how wonderful this memory foam topper has made me feel. I have no more shoulder pain, from the first night used. I am so glad that I got the 3 inch thickness. My old cat probably has no more pain either!

I was thinking about going to buy a memory foam bed but was concerned with the 1700.00 price tag. So I purchased this to see if the technology really works. My backpain was considerably better the first night. Normally I wake up with a stiff back, but the product made my back feel better. I would not say it is perfect, I had it on my bed for three weeks now, and although is has made a difference, it has not fixed the problem. The Pillows though are amazing, I have had lot of problems with my neck and shoulders and since using this pillow, gone. Cons- It did smell coming out of the box, but after one day of airing out, that problem was gone. The other problem is that I have a 12 inch simmons box spring and a 14 simmons mattress, so with another 3 inch topper it is really high off the ground and needed to get 18 inch sheets. Overall it is a good product but I think I would try the four inch if I could find sheets that fit over 19 inches of mattress and topper, but I am very happy
