It came in a large box so it didn't take long to become full size. It did have a slight odor, but nothing we couldn't live with. I don't feel much of a difference but my boyfriend says it's the best sleep ever. I love the pillows. I left the windows open to air it out, but it was so cold outside, it hardened. As soon as it warmed up, it was back to normal. No instructions so I don't know how to care for it, but I'll find something online. Even though I didn't feel a difference, my neck and shoulder don't hurt as much.

I would recommend this to anyone. It is great! It took a few hours to unroll after we got it and the smell went away after a few days.

I am amazed and delighted at the difference this mattress topper made to my bed. I was hoping for at least minor relief from a hard mattress and was instead rewarded with luxurious comfort. It did take about a week of airing out to get the smell to go away, and the topper is an inch or two short from covering the entire mattress, but for the comfort and value, I would buy it again.

I think I might like this 3" foam but I have only slept on it 2 nights it is on my guest bed. The only thing I did not like was it did not have a cover like all the other foams I have purchased! I like having a cover on it. It stretched out really good after a few hours and the smell was not unbearable.

This has done wonders for my back. I've had 2 back surgeries and have 10 titanium screws and cages in my back. I needed more "soft" than my year old mattress gave me. This really helps alot. It has an odor--I aired it out for a week before putting it on and it helped.

This is a great addition to any bed, old or new. It makes the bed so much more comfortable and helps you sleep great. I already bought a second one for my son and he loves it. It is also a great value. You just put it on top of your current matress and it feels like you bought a tempurpedic matress, which are so expensive.

I purchased this over a month ago and am very satisfied with the memory foam topper and pillows. Some people say to buy a size bigger to fit over an entire mattress (which we did). I think it was a mistake. We ended up cutting it quite a bit. The reason the topper is smaller than your mattress is so that your mattress cover and sheets will still fit properly. We put the topper and pillows in a building for 48 hours to air the smell and let the foam expand. It still had a little bit of a smell which has gone away. It is comfortable. You use the pillows with the high side or lower side according to what is best for you. I compared a lot of toppers and found this one to be of very high quality and at an excellent price. Mattress topper is an excellent addition to my current mattress that was killing my back. After 8 hours on the mattress itself (w/o the topper) I would awake in the morning thinking that I would have to start sleeping less. Then I remembered that there are toppers on the market, I currently own a Serta bed mattress at home and was wishing I could have the same thing while deployed overseas. I ordered the topper and when it arrived I was relieved to sleep 8 hours and wake up feeling better than I did when I went to bed. I would definitely recommend this mattress topper to someone who didn't have the cash to get a better mattress or to someone who has the space to carry it along on their travels.

I cannot believe how wonderful this memory foam topper has made me feel. I have no more shoulder pain, from the first night used. I am so glad that I got the 3 inch thickness. My old cat probably has no more pain either!

I was thinking about going to buy a memory foam bed but was concerned with the 1700.00 price tag. So I purchased this to see if the technology really works. My backpain was considerably better the first night. Normally I wake up with a stiff back, but the product made my back feel better. I would not say it is perfect, I had it on my bed for three weeks now, and although is has made a difference, it has not fixed the problem. The Pillows though are amazing, I have had lot of problems with my neck and shoulders and since using this pillow, gone. Cons- It did smell coming out of the box, but after one day of airing out, that problem was gone. The other problem is that I have a 12 inch simmons box spring and a 14 simmons mattress, so with another 3 inch topper it is really high off the ground and needed to get 18 inch sheets. Overall it is a good product but I think I would try the four inch if I could find sheets that fit over 19 inches of mattress and topper, but I am very happy

I am totally impressed! I read almost all the reviews for this mattress topper and it was one of the few mattress toppers where almost everyone had said something great about it. A few of the things that some people said was that it smelled strange, which it did for about 6 hours, then you couldn't even notice it anymore. And some people said that it didn't fit their bed correctly, I have a queen bed and maybe I just got lucky, but it fits PERFECT!!!! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it, it's wonderful! It was either buy a new mattress for a good bit of money, or try this idea. I'm glad that i purchased the 3 inch, it made my bed a little bit taller and i feel like I'm falling asleep on a cloud!!!!!Not to mention, the pillows are FABULOUS!!! I can definetly see myself purchasing another one for our spare bedroom, try it....you'll fall in love with it!!!!! Just like everyone else has said, i can see the only problem i'm going to have with this, is not being able to get out of bed in the morning!!!!! : )

I should know by now that not everything looks like it does on the computer or TV. I was hoping it would though. When I received it I didn't realize how heavy it would be. After I took it out of its packaging the smell was horrendous. It took a few weeks for the smell to go away. I think it made me sick too. The previous reviews did warn me about this, but nothing could have prepared me for it. It is a very strong, harsh chemical smell. I do not know what to compare it to; probably a mix of alcohol, cleaning agents, etc. Anyway, I laid it out of the bed to let it expand and air out. Parts of the foam never did expand out. It?s not a perfect rectangle, it smaller than a queen, and some parts of the edge of the foam have dents. However, because it is 3 inches thick I can no longer feel the springs from the mattress. It is a little too soft for me though. For the quality, I do not think it is worth the price. It is decent for a temporary fix though.

This mattress topper is ever so comfortable! I had three back surgeries and my regular mattress was no longer comfortable. This topper did the trick. It was very easy to get the mattress fluffed up to its regular shape in less than 12 hours. I looked at mattress toppers in stores and never found one that was in this price range and you get 2 memory foam pillows to boot!

We really love our Serta memory foam topper. I did lot of research before buying and it really paid off. Both my husband and I love the Serta topper. We are sleeping much more comfortably. We also feel like we got a great deal on the price, too. Anywhere else we would have paid much more for the same product.I remember lots of comments abouta weird new smell. We had none.

After searching, reading reviews and speaking to friends who have purchased memory foam toppers I decided on this one. I unrolled it and left it outside to air out for 2 days. It expanded nicely and the smell left almost entirely. My husband and I are so happy with it! I think I might purchase another one for our trailer.

This pad is a great addition to our standard mattress. We are both getting a more comfortable night's sleep. The smell in the pad wasn't overwhelming and it dissipated in a day or so. We haven't used the pillows that came with the pad. The pad is a great buy and was just what we needed to make for a more luxurious sleep experience.
