I bought this item for my daugher who is 14 and she loves it, she says that her bed is so warm and comfortable. Now she doesn't want to get out of bed. The only small problem that I had was that I placed an order for a twin size but when it arrived it was too big but lucky for me I had read the reviews so I just cut it down some and now it fits perfect. For the slight smell I put the Foam Mattress Topper outside in my backyard across two chairs for a few hours and that took care of the problem.

I love the mattress topper; it's just the right balance between soft and firm. It was the right size for my bed and I was so pleased at the value for such an inexpensive price. However, I do NOT reccommend the pillows. They are not the ones that are pictured- they are significantly thinner and smaller. You need both of them stacked on each other to be barely fluffy enough, and they are several inches short of the end of my pillowcase. I would reccommend just buying the mattress topper and going shopping for the pillows separately.

We LOVE this mattress topper!!! We have slept so much better since we got it!!! The shipping was SUPER fast! We are getting ready to order another one for each of our kids.I will tell you that I did tons of research before I bought it and read tons of reviews and I learned to NOT go with anything but a SERTA! And it paid off!I am also getting my mom and mother in law one for Christmas!

I bought the 2-inch Serta Memory Foam based on the other reviews. While it's not as firm as I expected, it is very comfy. I have a full-sized bed but purchased the queen-sized topper based on another reviewer saying she thought it ran small, but the foam is really seems queen-sized, as it hangs over all edges of my mattress. Friends have commented with "ooohs" after sitting on my bed and immediately ask where I got the the memory foam, and my roommate has even asked for one for Christmas. A great deal, especially when considering you get 2 pillows as well.

I love this mattress topper its such a great value, my brother and I both got one and I've never slept better. but definitely let it air out the smell of being in a plastic bag does go away

For the price, I've found this memory foam matress pad to be an excellent purchase. The foam is thick enough that you get the weight distribution effect that memory foam should give, and the pillows were not too flat (although they took a day or two to fully reform after unpacking). Overall, a great find if you don't want to drop the thousands of extra dollars for a full memory foam mattress.

Excellent value for the money and what a relief for my back and neck pain. The pillows are a great bonus and we are now sleeping more soundly and waking up with a whole lot less pain. Purchase arrived promptly and we were actually sleeping on it the first night; the smell was nearly gone after only a couple of hours and wasn't really that bad to begin with. Highly recommend.

I didn't think this topper would make a difference, but I was wrong. Have had a great nights sleep since I started using it. Do not toss and turn as much anymore. Only issue is that I do not want to get out of bed in the morning.

I purchased this topper for my king pillow top mattress. My husband has a spinal cord injury, so he needed the pressure relief benefits. It is a very comfortable topper and made of great quality! The value can't be beat and the bonus pillows were a plus! I would definitely recommend to a friend. I use Overstock.com frequently and have yet to be disappointed!

When I ordered this product it was with the plaan of using it in our vacation 'home' so left it packaged until we went for a visit, maybe two weeks. It was pretty well crushed on the edges when opened but given several hours, opened up beautifully. My only complaint would be that it did not come with a cover. The only one I ever ordered before came with it's own quilted cover.

this topper is excellant ....we put it on top of our water bed and it sleeps like a dream....the pillows are a bit soft but are just as good......this is an excellant buy and I highly reccommend it especially if you have a bad back or arthritis....

I slept on the serta mattress topper at my sister-in-laws and thought Wow! I have got to have a mattress like this..That's how I found out it was a Serta topper..I went home and ordered it right away. I had it in a few days and was really happy with my purchase. Overstock has been great.

This is the best thing I could have possible bought for myself. My fiance and I just moved and had to leave our memory foam mattress behind. When we got to our new place, out new bed felt hard a a board. I couldn't sleep, He couldn't sleep. We'd purposely fall asleep on the couch because it was more comfortable. I bought this topper and when it arrived, no more sleepless nights! I get up well rested in the morning. And the pillows are wonderful too. I'd never used a memory foam pillow before... they're worth it! A million times over, BUY THIS!

I had previously purchased a serta memory foam from overstock and loved it. However, this time when it came it had black grease marks all over the edges and even after a week of being left to un-fluff parts of it never puffed up. Most of the areas where its didn't puff up were near the edges, so we put it on our bed anyways. We ordered the king, but we have a queen and it fit width wise perfect and is too short length wise by 3 or 4 inches. I'm glad I don't actually have a king or I would be very unhappy. We should have returned it given all the flaws but I'm lazy and didn't want to deal with trying to get it to fit back in the same box. It is definitely very comfortable and helps me sleep better. I just wish it had come packaged better without the black grease marks and permanent dents in the foam.

It took 24 hours for the memory foam to lay flat. We had over night guest & they love the new set of mattresses that they think we purchase for the guest room. I keep the pillows for our room & we love them. Our daughter purchased the set also & is equally satisfied.
